The team at Global knowledge made it easy for me to reestablish my learning account after a few years being idle, and to get started with the new ITIL Foundation v4 course. The course was excellent, and really filled in the blanks between many years of IT Service Management experience at various levels, to what is necessary for the ITIL certification program.
