I loved the format of this training - participating in a virtual classroom meant that I was able to focus and concentrate fully on the material at hand, therefore getting more out of the training session. The instructor was very thorough and clear in the delivery of the material, and the pacing was fantastic. I look forward to participating in future training opportunities with Global Knowledge, as I feel that today's session has provided me information that will increase productivity for both myself and my team!
