I found quite difficult to remain engaged on the call:
- the person delivering it was quite monotone.
- my session kept freezing (problem at my end as other users weren't experiencing this).
- he kept referring to a manual that none of us had (should we have received this? it's not available via our Learning Zone).
- two hours on a webinar last thing on a Friday is a bit of a challenge.
