I have been on many ITIL courses and Paul Wigzels' delivery of this course was excellent, he made it interesting, interactive, ensured everyone was included and encouraged participation by all. A genuine interest in the way our organization works and how we relate ITIL practice. The course was very enjoyable and I particularly liked the practical team tasks. The best ITIL course I have attended.
