I was concerned the first day of the course as I felt we were not learning anything although the days that followed were a vast improvement and lots was covered. This was my first virtual course which I was dubious of although after a few teething problems I found this really worked well. The trainer was great and gave us ample of opportunity to ask questions etc. All in all I found this a very worth while course.
