The Course content and product was exactly what I expected but the Trainer didn’t engage with us as it wasn’t tutor lead in our location. Course was delivered by Video conference and after 3 hours on the 1st day the projector broke. Apparently the projector was broken from the week before.
The projector was not repaired or replaced during the 5 day course, this meant 5 people had to view the trainer via 19” monitor.
