ITIL itself is really complex and dry and not easy to learn. However with our trainer Ken the course was great and ITIL became "real". Ken is a fantastic very capable teacher and really approachable all time during the course. Whilst giving really pracmatic examples during the course combined with some fun ITIL turned from a dry material into comprehensible interesting stuff. Thanks to Ken!
