I felt that the course was too heavy on the instructor just talking for long periods of time. Your focus drifts. One session was 2hrs and 20 minutes of just sitting and listening.
if I can give an example one slide contained the 8 step process and he described hat slide with about a minute on each point and I felt that I understood it and it was well paced then he went through 8 more slides one for each of the points again and I lost my concentration.
There should be more exercises to help embed he knowledge we only had 2 in the 3 day course.
