I took this training in order to get knowledge for clearing the Softlayer certification. The course materials were good, but unfortunately did not cover all that was required in order to do the test. The Softlayer Fundamental Sample paper that is available on IBM site has many questions, whose answers were not given in the course e-book. Infact I have appeared for the real test as well today, and many questions were not from the GK Course book. Though I have cleared the test, I know my performance in the test could have been even better had the course material been to the dot
