Not Global Knowledge made me happy, just VMware course instructor.
I did 2 courses with Global Knowledge (VMware and Citrix)
Citrix - instructor was lacking on knowledge, didn't answer all questions
VMware - Instructor was brilliant, really knowledgeable, answered all questions,
