Waited and waited and called twice over an almost one and a half hour period. Was told that the van had been there and we missed it, but we were standing there the entire time. A van with the name orange parking on the side with a busted out window covered in plastic pulled up finally. The driver didnt even recognize the name global parking at first, it wasn’t until he looked at my email and scanned the code he kind of snorted. Nowhere in the email did it say pickup would be with a van with orange on the side. I hope I can figure out how to attached to this review the piece of trash left under my back windshield wiper.
