I love your products but am having trouble in the Customer Service Department. I have emailed twice about an order I was charged for and have yet to received. According to the tracking number, it has been marked as flagged and cannot be delivered. As a reoccurring and frequent customer, this is very frustrating. I hope to hear from some one soon.
