This company is truly inept. Ordered a Dyson vacuum on 12/12/21 as a Christmas gift. Projected arrival 12/21. When didn't come I checked GLS tracking. Tracking indicated the package arrived on 12/15 in my hometown. Tracking indicated that item was scheduled and rescheduled for delivery daily. Called them on 12/24 and they told me it was to go out that day. They called me shortly afterwards to tell me they lost the package. Called Dyson multiple times and today they tell me package was delivered on 12/28. That never happened. Was home all day every day. GLS has phony tracking data. Never delivered the package. Truly an inept 3rd rate carrier. Dyson sucks for using them. GLS sucks for being terrible at what they claim to be in business for.
