“Absolutely worst company ever. I’ve never dealt with such idiots. Waited all day long for a package to be delivered and it was marked as undeliverable. No one at home the idiot delivery person must’ve gone to the wrong house now I’ve been trying to get in touch with Customer Service again. The first time I called them they said they would contact the driver and have him come back out and now sitting here three more hours and yet have received a delivery after reading all of these comments regarding this company. I’m very doubtful that I’ll ever get my delivery. I will be calling the company I ordered from tomorrow and canceling my order Thank goodness I took out delivery insurance.”

They claimed to try to deliver my package several times but left no tag to indicate what date they will try to deliver again. I finally went to their location in Santa Clarita CA and the clerk there promised to deliver the next day. The next day I sat in my office all day waiting for them to show up, they never did. I finally called the 800 number and the idiot that answered promised me to follow up with me the next day, which she promised the day before to do the same thing and never did. I checked on their website earlier and said that my package was on route to be delivered and so I waited. Finally at 3pm I checked again and it said that no they were not delivering that day. I will make sure to tell all my vendors not to use that company or I will not do business with them. If you work with this company then be ready to be disappointed in a lot of different ways. Customer service is a joke too.”
“Ordered package from a near by city (Zagreb) to 50km distant location. Gls picked the package and decided that 50m is to long to drive, as there are no additional drop-off locations.. so, the put the package to package-o-box and notified me that I can pick it up there myself. This would not be an issue if the location where they left it was not also 50km away from me. After contacting them they promised to remove it from package-o-box and deliver it, but nothing happened and I had to call them again, cancel the delivery and go and buy the product directly at the shop.. in the meanwhile, I had to learn all about their business process and jada jada jada them their customer service.. all in all, I would give them 0 if I could. Avoid them at all cost.”

“Dreadful company. Badly trained staff, unhelpful customer service and generally totally incompetent. They just seem to leave parcels at any address vaguely near your house and then expect you to go hunting for them. I have already advised one company that I will no longer buy their products if they continue to use this joke of a company as their delivery agents.”
“LIARS. They constantly lying about why they could not deliver the packages they are contracted for. 2nd packages was not delivered in 2 weeks.
1st package: first they lied they could not call, then it was not true, so the online shop pushed them to deliver it.
2nd package: yesterday they wrote they deliver it yesterday. Then said they will deliver it today. Then today they lied that they could not find me at home (I was at home whole day, nobody came or called me). They said they have track record that the person was here, but they are unable to send me proof - of course as it is again another lie.
Then they simply disappear...that is not a resolution.
GLS is a scam. They should not exist, and all companies working with them just unreliable. Who would work with a company that constantly lies and have that many complains - you will lose your clients because of GLS.”

“Do NOT let a company use this company. The only person I'd recommend is their poor customer service agent. Their drivers are shocking. They will literally drop off your package at some random place. Doesn't matter if it rains. You try send emails and they WILL just ignore you. Sure. 1 in a million might have good service. Lucky you. I was waiting for my parcel all to find some random person found it and came to my door. Soaking wet. I have reported them and will continue to report their company. Never had a worse experience with any company ever. Please be warned. They WILL leave your product in the rain if they too lazy to try find your property. Happened to me twice. First time I thought they delivered it. Second time the guy who did deliver it told me he delivered the first one.. NO, HE DOES NOT WORK FOR THEM. I'd highly recommend that if you find they going to deliver with GLS. Ask them to use any other company. Although no company is going to be perfect at least they won't just leave it out in the rain and come to the belief you'll randomly just find it.”

“Kamikaze van drivers. One of their van drivers forcibly crossed into my path on the M50 this morning. Reckless behavior nearly caused a nasty collision, lucky I had room to take evasive action. Company management hide behind customer service team. No contact source other than customer service team, no alternative phone number, no suitable email address provided for management. I feel sorry for the customer service representative dealing with my complaint, unfortunately management lack THE BALLS to deal with any issues from what I have observed. AVOID !!!!!!!”

We are a business and purchased an item and the shipper using GLS, and after 4 days of saying they were going to deliver it, found out they LOST it. Reading their reviews, they lose packages all the time How are they still in business being this bad.”
“The courier dropped my package in the middle of the floor of my apartment's lobby and called that "delivered". Package was stolen immediately.
First experience with this service. Their courier left my package in the middle of the floor in a public lobby of my apartment complex where it was stolen before I even got the notification it was delivered. Emailing them they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to the seller, who had nothing at all to do with their negligence.
This company sees nothing wrong with a courier just throwing a package onto the floor and taking off, and will do nothing to help after the fact. I advise staying as far away from them as possible as both shipper and receiver.”
