“I will purposely avoid buying from any company that uses GLS for shipping in the future. They use email to communicate I have spoken with Christine, Carlos, and Sierra (if that's even thier real name) none of them communicate with each other so each time you speak with someone its like starting over. I was able to track my package from the 9th of July to the 21st of the same before it was totally lost. Its August 1st and after being assured it would come on July 31st and it hasn't. GLS is the worst shipping company I have ever seen used. Communication is bad, tracking is awful, customer service is barely existent. Sellers and buyers beware!!!”

I spoke to agents Roxy and James, and they kept me waiting while asking for the tracking number that I cannot provide because their method is a link to track the package. I am a victim here; I just placed my order, and they chose GSL to deliver it. This is a very bad company. One star is not enough to rate my experience negatively; I'd give it zero if I could.”
“Man könnte Pakete besser mit Tauben verschicken als mit dieser gescheiterten Firma. Ich war dort, um ein Paket – ein Handy – abzuholen, das mir von einer Mobilfunkfirma geschickt wurde. Sie weigerten sich, meinen Reisepass für die Identifikation zu akzeptieren, obwohl dieser notwendig war, und sagten mir, dass sie das Paket zurückschicken würden! Ich habe sogar ihr Callcenter angerufen – zunächst war der Mitarbeiter überrascht, aber nachdem er mit seinen Kollegen vor Ort gesprochen hatte, stellte er sich auf ihre Seite. Er sagte mir, ich könne mich nur mit dem Ausweis identifizieren, was in meinem Fall nicht möglich war. Die Mobilfunkfirma sagte mir, dass sie so eine Dummheit noch nie erlebt hätten, und beschloss, mir das Handy mit einem anderen Unternehmen zu schicken. Ich musste in meinem Leben zweimal zu diesem Ort, und jedes Mal hatte ich die schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens.”
“I would have given it less than one star, but it can't be done. I've had nothing but trouble with GLS. The tracking info for my current order had misinformation on the site. Finally, the package arrived, but I never heard if anyone knocked on my front door. Lastly, it's impossible to find a drop-off location with the info provided. I went to 4 different locations when I found one. Horrible, horrible company. I probably will never order from any company that uses GLS ever again!!!!!!”

Thank your for your patience!” So, Saturday I stayed home all day waiting. No delivery.
Sunday at 21:00 I answered the buzzer then waited out my apartment door for the delivery BUT the delivery driver left five 30 pound boxes in the lobby. I’m a 70+ year old disabled women. Needless to say this was a problem which could have been avoided by delivering to the address on the label. The lobby wasn’t the address on the label.”

The driver has driven past my house four times already, without stopping to ring the doorbell and give me the parcel, citing the fact that I was not home. Although at that very moment I was home, but no one called. It is easier for them to take everything to the parcel store at once than to stop at each door. But when I pay for delivery at my address, I want it at the door and not go and pick it up myself.”
“We sell online and the service provided by the couriers is of significant importance to our business. We use the services of multiple courier companies. The worst in terms of pickups, delivery time, and safety of packages is GLS!! Truly disapointing.”

“The worst courier company in the world! I have ordered parcels via GLS several times and EVERY time something was wrong. Either they lost my parcel, or they delivered it to my address while I did not receive anything, or at least they do not leave a message that we tried to deliver the parcel. Unbelievable that this company still exists and delivers parcels. It is not always an option to choose which delivery company you want, and there is only GLS available. If I see that this company is going to deliver my parcel, I prefer not to order anything. Nevertheless, the time at which the parcel should be delivered is never correct and live tracking usually does not work. When they had to deliver one parcel on Friday, they failed, so they said they would deliver it tomorrow. I also did not receive anything, then it said it would be delivered on Tuesday and still nothing. In track & trace it says for the fourth time that the parcel has been sorted, great, but I do not see it coming. Terrible, I do not recommend it!!”
