Friday 03:41 am email said, “Good news Your shipment out for delivery a scheduler to arrive t the end of the day.” I waited home all day. 16:00 I received an email, “ We are sorry we couldn’t deliver your shipment today Reschedule for tomorrow Thank your for your patience!” So, Saturday I stayed home all day waiting. No delivery. Sunday at 21:00 I answered the buzzer then waited out my apartment door for the delivery BUT the delivery driver left five 30 pound boxes in the lobby. I’m a 70+ year old disabled women. Needless to say this was a problem which could have been avoided by delivering to the address on the label. The lobby wasn’t the address on the label.

Worst delivery sevice ever! The driver has driven past my house four times already, without stopping to ring the doorbell and give me the parcel, citing the fact that I was not home. Although at that very moment I was home, but no one called. It is easier for them to take everything to the parcel store at once than to stop at each door. But when I pay for delivery at my address, I want it at the door and not go and pick it up myself.

We sell online and the service provided by the couriers is of significant importance to our business. We use the services of multiple courier companies. The worst in terms of pickups, delivery time, and safety of packages is GLS!! Truly disapointing.

Worst of them all. 1. The parcel came unanounced. 2 the lady at the call center seemed annoyed because i called. No more GLS.

They say that they tried to deliver but I was home all day and I know that nobody called. I believe that the drivers sometimes go straight to the Gls office rather than deliver. They shouldn't be paid for a non delivery. Why do sellers continue to use these companies?

The worst courier company in the world! I have ordered parcels via GLS several times and EVERY time something was wrong. Either they lost my parcel, or they delivered it to my address while I did not receive anything, or at least they do not leave a message that we tried to deliver the parcel. Unbelievable that this company still exists and delivers parcels. It is not always an option to choose which delivery company you want, and there is only GLS available. If I see that this company is going to deliver my parcel, I prefer not to order anything. Nevertheless, the time at which the parcel should be delivered is never correct and live tracking usually does not work. When they had to deliver one parcel on Friday, they failed, so they said they would deliver it tomorrow. I also did not receive anything, then it said it would be delivered on Tuesday and still nothing. In track & trace it says for the fourth time that the parcel has been sorted, great, but I do not see it coming. Terrible, I do not recommend it!!

Parcel didnt arrive to pick up location, phone contact doesnt recognize the tracking number. Online chat and emails never reply. Worst costumer service possible

The courier never arrived and declared the address was wrong. The sad piece is that we saw the van drive by but didn’t stop. Probably the driver is tracked on its route but was in a hurry to go back to base and didn’t stop. How bad is it? For the company and the customer! I am sorry as a customer but also for GLS that eventually suffers because of disloyal and unprofessional employees. In any rate, avoid them if you can … this is my second time it happens.

They are more not working than working, I ordered a package 10 days ago it was saying it will be delivered 2-3 days, then it was Xmas and even on 27th which was working day they didn’t work. I wanted it to be delivered to lock parcel, they sent me an email failed delivery due to wrong address. I was ordering many times with BoxNow, wayyy better than GLS, fast delivery and you dont need to google how to open the box, you have pin and all info on the email.

I just received a package from GLS courier company. Well, how do you say “received”? I got a call from the courier on the intercom and I opened the common beast using the intercom for the courier to come up to me. No one came up, but I got a message that the goods had been delivered. I went down to the mailbox, but the parcel was not there either. I happened to walk past the common front door and saw garbage near it. I went closer, and it wasn't trash - it was my package. Thank you very much GLS!

Absolutely worst company ever. I’ve never dealt with such idiots. Waited all day long for a package to be delivered and it was marked as undeliverable. No one at home the idiot delivery person must’ve gone to the wrong house now I’ve been trying to get in touch with Customer Service again. The first time I called them they said they would contact the driver and have him come back out and now sitting here three more hours and yet have received a delivery after reading all of these comments regarding this company. I’m very doubtful that I’ll ever get my delivery. I will be calling the company I ordered from tomorrow and canceling my order Thank goodness I took out delivery insurance.

Absolutely horrible company to work with. Nobody knows what’s going on. They claimed to try to deliver my package several times but left no tag to indicate what date they will try to deliver again. I finally went to their location in Santa Clarita CA and the clerk there promised to deliver the next day. The next day I sat in my office all day waiting for them to show up, they never did. I finally called the 800 number and the idiot that answered promised me to follow up with me the next day, which she promised the day before to do the same thing and never did. I checked on their website earlier and said that my package was on route to be delivered and so I waited. Finally at 3pm I checked again and it said that no they were not delivering that day. I will make sure to tell all my vendors not to use that company or I will not do business with them. If you work with this company then be ready to be disappointed in a lot of different ways. Customer service is a joke too.

Ordered package from a near by city (Zagreb) to 50km distant location. Gls picked the package and decided that 50m is to long to drive, as there are no additional drop-off locations.. so, the put the package to package-o-box and notified me that I can pick it up there myself. This would not be an issue if the location where they left it was not also 50km away from me. After contacting them they promised to remove it from package-o-box and deliver it, but nothing happened and I had to call them again, cancel the delivery and go and buy the product directly at the shop.. in the meanwhile, I had to learn all about their business process and jada jada jada them their customer service.. all in all, I would give them 0 if I could. Avoid them at all cost.

Dreadful company. Badly trained staff, unhelpful customer service and generally totally incompetent. They just seem to leave parcels at any address vaguely near your house and then expect you to go hunting for them. I have already advised one company that I will no longer buy their products if they continue to use this joke of a company as their delivery agents.

LIARS. They constantly lying about why they could not deliver the packages they are contracted for. 2nd packages was not delivered in 2 weeks. 1st package: first they lied they could not call, then it was not true, so the online shop pushed them to deliver it. 2nd package: yesterday they wrote they deliver it yesterday. Then said they will deliver it today. Then today they lied that they could not find me at home (I was at home whole day, nobody came or called me). They said they have track record that the person was here, but they are unable to send me proof - of course as it is again another lie. Then they simply disappear...that is not a resolution. GLS is a scam. They should not exist, and all companies working with them just unreliable. Who would work with a company that constantly lies and have that many complains - you will lose your clients because of GLS.

Unbelievable and unprofessional! They don't call at all before the delivery date or even give a time window. It's as if they expect us to sit at home all day just waiting. When I tried to call, I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one picked up. What a terrible service!
