I chose delivery at a relay post, but they keep changing my delivery address to ones that are on the other side of the city despite me calling them over and over again to rectify the error.

I would have given it less than one star, but it can't be done. I've had nothing but trouble with GLS. The tracking info for my current order had misinformation on the site. Finally, the package arrived, but I never heard if anyone knocked on my front door. Lastly, it's impossible to find a drop-off location with the info provided. I went to 4 different locations when I found one. Horrible, horrible company. I probably will never order from any company that uses GLS ever again!!!!!!

Worst delivery sevice ever! The driver has driven past my house four times already, without stopping to ring the doorbell and give me the parcel, citing the fact that I was not home. Although at that very moment I was home, but no one called. It is easier for them to take everything to the parcel store at once than to stop at each door. But when I pay for delivery at my address, I want it at the door and not go and pick it up myself.

They say that they tried to deliver but I was home all day and I know that nobody called. I believe that the drivers sometimes go straight to the Gls office rather than deliver. They shouldn't be paid for a non delivery. Why do sellers continue to use these companies?

The worst courier company in the world! I have ordered parcels via GLS several times and EVERY time something was wrong. Either they lost my parcel, or they delivered it to my address while I did not receive anything, or at least they do not leave a message that we tried to deliver the parcel. Unbelievable that this company still exists and delivers parcels. It is not always an option to choose which delivery company you want, and there is only GLS available. If I see that this company is going to deliver my parcel, I prefer not to order anything. Nevertheless, the time at which the parcel should be delivered is never correct and live tracking usually does not work. When they had to deliver one parcel on Friday, they failed, so they said they would deliver it tomorrow. I also did not receive anything, then it said it would be delivered on Tuesday and still nothing. In track & trace it says for the fourth time that the parcel has been sorted, great, but I do not see it coming. Terrible, I do not recommend it!!

The courier never arrived and declared the address was wrong. The sad piece is that we saw the van drive by but didn’t stop. Probably the driver is tracked on its route but was in a hurry to go back to base and didn’t stop. How bad is it? For the company and the customer! I am sorry as a customer but also for GLS that eventually suffers because of disloyal and unprofessional employees. In any rate, avoid them if you can … this is my second time it happens.

I just received a package from GLS courier company. Well, how do you say “received”? I got a call from the courier on the intercom and I opened the common beast using the intercom for the courier to come up to me. No one came up, but I got a message that the goods had been delivered. I went down to the mailbox, but the parcel was not there either. I happened to walk past the common front door and saw garbage near it. I went closer, and it wasn't trash - it was my package. Thank you very much GLS!

Absolutely worst company ever. I’ve never dealt with such idiots. Waited all day long for a package to be delivered and it was marked as undeliverable. No one at home the idiot delivery person must’ve gone to the wrong house now I’ve been trying to get in touch with Customer Service again. The first time I called them they said they would contact the driver and have him come back out and now sitting here three more hours and yet have received a delivery after reading all of these comments regarding this company. I’m very doubtful that I’ll ever get my delivery. I will be calling the company I ordered from tomorrow and canceling my order Thank goodness I took out delivery insurance.

Absolutely horrible company to work with. Nobody knows what’s going on. They claimed to try to deliver my package several times but left no tag to indicate what date they will try to deliver again. I finally went to their location in Santa Clarita CA and the clerk there promised to deliver the next day. The next day I sat in my office all day waiting for them to show up, they never did. I finally called the 800 number and the idiot that answered promised me to follow up with me the next day, which she promised the day before to do the same thing and never did. I checked on their website earlier and said that my package was on route to be delivered and so I waited. Finally at 3pm I checked again and it said that no they were not delivering that day. I will make sure to tell all my vendors not to use that company or I will not do business with them. If you work with this company then be ready to be disappointed in a lot of different ways. Customer service is a joke too.

Do NOT let a company use this company. The only person I'd recommend is their poor customer service agent. Their drivers are shocking. They will literally drop off your package at some random place. Doesn't matter if it rains. You try send emails and they WILL just ignore you. Sure. 1 in a million might have good service. Lucky you. I was waiting for my parcel all to find some random person found it and came to my door. Soaking wet. I have reported them and will continue to report their company. Never had a worse experience with any company ever. Please be warned. They WILL leave your product in the rain if they too lazy to try find your property. Happened to me twice. First time I thought they delivered it. Second time the guy who did deliver it told me he delivered the first one.. NO, HE DOES NOT WORK FOR THEM. JUST A RANDOM STRANGER WHO SAW THE PACKAGE SITTING IN A RANDOM ALLEYWAY!! They don't call you. Don't message you. You simply get an email saying it was signed for. Horror show of a company. I want to upload photos of my package. You have been WARNED. The fact the company will literally not help you. They sent me an email asking if I live here (sent me a aerial view on maps). No. I do not. I live here. No reply at all. Just ignored me. Begs the question. If they mess up an order do they pay for it? What happens? I'd highly recommend that if you find they going to deliver with GLS. Ask them to use any other company. Although no company is going to be perfect at least they won't just leave it out in the rain and come to the belief you'll randomly just find it.

yes this company are even worse than the reviews suggest. Just multiple lies, tracking doesn't work, multiple promises to ring back. Asked to speak to a manager, no. I paid for urgent delivery, seriously don't bother. Check who the company is doing the deliveries before you buy anything. If its GLS go elsewhere

At this time, I am reluctant to recommend the services of GLS. My package did not arrive even after 6 weeks, first it disappeared for weeks, then it was returned to the sender. After many hours of phone calls and countless e-mails, my package is still in another country and I have not received my money back to this day. They are not helpful and I really regretted choosing GLS.

My daughter sent me my birthday present via GLS. The package had to be signed for because it contains alcohol. They tried to deliver twice but came to the house when I explicitly told them I wouldn't be home and I couldn't sign for it. The second delivery attempt was almost a month ago. Since then I have called them three times. Each time the person on the phone couldn't locate my package and said the "operations division" would contact me via phone or email. I never heard from them, after three attempts. On the last call, they were unable to even tell me where my package is located, even though it should be in this city since they tried to deliver twice. I offered to go pick it up, but they said they have no facility where customers can pick up packages. What a terrible, fly by night, mickey mouse company! How are they even in business? I'm going to tell my daughter to try to get her money back.

This is the worst shipping company. 7 days in transit from San Diego to Sacramento. Customer service knows nothing except to make excuses and to transfer you to another person who knows nothing. Each person has a different story.

Really bad experience with GLS! I was home, waited; they never ring on the door, but claimed to do so. The delivery has been sent back to their deposit, as they say. But I have no way of contacting them. The website is extremely bad designed, FAQ is not complete at all, no phone contact, they don't answer mails. I'm really unhappy with GLS.

I have no idea what is going on this world. Customer Service is at an all time low. No one cares and using Covid-19 as an excuse is OLD. I have been calling GLS since 9/10/21. Left my name and number and NO Call back. I have been hold now for 45 minutes and NO ONE HAS PICKED UP! Their website states enter zip code to see delivery time and my son's birthday gift was suppose to be delivered. Since the gift requires 21 over signature my son sat home all day Friday. No alert, email of delay or someone to talk to. I PRAY THIS COMPANY IS PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! Anyone who runs their business in this manner should lose its Privileges. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE if you read my review AT LEAST READ DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
