Really bad experience with GLS! I was home, waited; they never ring on the door, but claimed to do so. The delivery has been sent back to their deposit, as they say. But I have no way of contacting them. The website is extremely bad designed, FAQ is not complete at all, no phone contact, they don't answer mails. I'm really unhappy with GLS.

2020 award for 'Worlds Worst Parcel Courier' - dreadful service, totally false and fraudulent failed delivery claims, company not fit for purpose at all. You should be ashamed to take peoples money.

Sorry, they're kidding me! The parcel has been delivered since November 22nd and has not arrived yet on the 29th!!! During this time, Amazon will send its deliveries around the globe 3 times... Shame. I will never go back to a store that uses your services!!!

J'ai enfin reçu ma livraison Lidl de GLS france après 2 semaines d'attente et de multiples emails et mensonges frustrants. N'utilisez pas cette entreprise de livraison, elle est totalement incompétente !

If you want your packages thrown in bushes at the edge of your property with your signature forged and often marked delivered when they are not only to show up days later. Choose GLS!

They say they delivered to the wrong address when I asked customer service why it says delivered and I was outside at the time of delivery and I know for sure it was not delivered. So now I'm waiting for them to somehow retrieve my package from the wrong household? The fu*k? Screw this company. Absolutely terrible.

Otra empresa de reparto que pasa de todo. Si se pagan gastos de envío es para que te entreguen el paquete en la direccion solicitada. La excusa: la de siempre, AUSENTE. Creo no ser la única persona que pone una dirección de entrega donde siempre hay alguien, por ejemplo en el trabajo, dónde estoy toooodo el día. Pues ni aún así, vete a recoger el paquete donde ellos digan. Impresentables!!!

Worst delivery company. I don't know how they continue in the market. Since my printing company changed to GLS we never get the right delivery, never on time. We suppose to receive our packages by Friday 2:00 PM or earlier. Ultimately they deliver about 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Fridays and we never know where they delivered, can be at the Office Front door, or in the next building's front door, or the next building's back door or side doors, never in the office back door where supposed to be. I was thinking if is GLS's fault, and after reading all their reviews I realize is my printing company's fault, because I will never use them. Today is Monday 5:30 PM and still waiting. Now is useless because we use those bulletins for our Sunday Service and our sponsors paid for being there on Sunday. What a shame!

Wasn't ringing, I got the online notification I wasn't available. Few minutes later it was already in the store - no way you can make it in that time to the store. Also waiting for 15 Minutes in the hotline - not helpful. They don't care. Don't accept packets from them, don't use their service if you're a vendor. You only harm your own rating.

You really need to avoid GLS as a shipper. I found ratings on them here, and wish I had found them earlier... The facts are in my case: On January 20th GLS driver said it was an unsafe delivery address. A blatant lie! (Unless you are terrified of cattle fenced in a pasture) On January 23rd they said it was an incorrect address. Another blatant lie! On January 24th they said that they tried to call me. Another blatant lie! I had my phone with me every second of the day and there were no missed calls. Their customer care finally told me I could go to their office in Redmond Oregon and pick it up. They are only open from 8 am to 10 am. I made the trip. When I got there, there wasn't anyone in the office so I went back into the warehouse and found someone to help me. He looked everywhere and could not find my packages. He stated that he sent a bunch of stuff back to the shippers on January 24th and my packages must have been shipped back. They had no way of knowing. No way of tracking. I asked if the packages could still be on the truck and was told no. As I sat in the parking lot on the phone with GLS customer care AGAIN, a Budget rental truck pulled in. I saw the driver take two packages into the office. I waited a few minutes and sure enough the guy from the warehouse came running out with my packages! Thank God I finally got them, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company.

All issues that you can imagine how to fail delivery is here: - each day starts with checking of tracking, they can try to deliver earlier then expected or later, if it says that parcel will be delivered today, I probably would not come in half of cases, the other half it would be failed. There is not any contact with currier at all - can store parcels in a depot and then return to sender without delivery attempt (twice) - bring parcel and say that me is not at home and do not deliver it, but I am at home all day (twice) - send around 50 kilograms packages to parcel shop instead of delivery in previous case - bring parcel to front door of the building and do not deliver it to apartment and do not say that men will not bring it there and just waiting for couple of minutes - said that parcel is returned to sender and then in several days it is delivered without notification about they delivered something when I am not at home - I am speaking with support, send really many emails. Always say wrong new delivery day. They say new delivery date, and I am waiting for delivery, but it is not delivered this day, then again the same, and again. And next day you are going to work and do not wait them, and they do delivery in this day despite they say they today they cannot deliver in email, and because I am not at home it again fails. They always sorry, but how it can help?

AVOID!!! Waiting 2 weeks for important parcel!!! Constant phone calls and emails sent chasing up!!! Being told blatant lies !!!! Even made a 2 hour drive to depot in Blarney to collect parcel as its urgent ! Told open until 6pm, 6pm the time stated on their website also, arrived at 5.35pm the place was closed !!! Rang the next morning for an explanation, promised out for delivery the following day ' tracker stated Same, I NEVER received!!!! Very stressful and time wasting experience, I've lost out financially as a result

This is joke !! no it is tragedy to must have anything together with your company !. I hope that I will never again be forced to do anything related to your pseudo company. You are the worst thing that a human can meet. Ur pseudo company is worth just a 1 gallon of petrol + 1 match to let you go with smoke, nothing more 😡🤮 NEVER AT THE TIME! A LOT OF TIMES IS LOST OR DEMAGE! 😡🤮 I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS We thought we had booked through DHL before realising it was GLS in the end. Occasionally DHl will outsource to rogue companies like this. I was moving 5 boxes with all my possessions to England. We were told they would arrive the next day. Two weeks later they are still telling us they will arrive but in the meantime we have a friend who's brother works with the company (part-time and lots of inside information about how they manage to screen boxes and remove valuable items). Eventually got another reputable company to track down 4 of the boxes - 2 were in the local warehouse so despite having been told that all 5 had reached the UK, they had in fact never left home. And the company told us they lost the other 2 which we eventually found ourselves through friends in a Mayo airport. They consistently lied to us and when we received the boxes we were missing some of the most expensive items we packed. When we confronted them over the phone, we were verbally abused and met with absolute denial. How this company has not been shut by the Gardai is beyond belief.

You will be waiting in your house the full day waiting for them to ring the bell and then you will realise that they say that you were not there in their webpage...... not even calling the bell/phone.. and if you try to contact the client service, nobody knows anything, phones doesn't exist and you will just keep losing time trying to reach an answer that doesn't exist. Hope they burn in hell.

Horrible communication, horrible customer service - I ordered 2 arm chairs from Italy - GLS made one attempt with no notice and kept me waiting 3 days (for a second delivery attempt) with a delivery time of 8am-6pm. Each of those days they told me late in the afternoon each of those days that the driver was sick (only one driver at GLS?) and then finally lied about making a second delivery attempt. They have now sent my chairs back to Italy! My husband had another bad experience with GLS delivering a vacuum cleaner which never arrived. 100% unprofessional and undependable. A rogue delivery service.

I have no idea what is going on this world. Customer Service is at an all time low. No one cares and using Covid-19 as an excuse is OLD. I have been calling GLS since 9/10/21. Left my name and number and NO Call back. I have been hold now for 45 minutes and NO ONE HAS PICKED UP! Their website states enter zip code to see delivery time and my son's birthday gift was suppose to be delivered. Since the gift requires 21 over signature my son sat home all day Friday. No alert, email of delay or someone to talk to. I PRAY THIS COMPANY IS PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! Anyone who runs their business in this manner should lose its Privileges. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE if you read my review AT LEAST READ DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

What can I say ... The most b.astard company is GLS.You are the liars and the ugliest couriers you have.Every time,EVERY time your couriers do not bring the parcel on the specified date.Instead, EVERY time your courier puts the status - not at home. I had a delivery scheduled for Monday July 5th, I WAS HOME THE WHOLE DAY, ME AND MY WIFE!!! YOUR COURIER PUTS THE STATUS THAT NO ONE IS HOME!!!!!!!!! JULY 6 RE-DELIVERY, I WAS HOME ALL DAY AGAIN - NO ONE BROUGHT ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND TODAY THE STATUS - DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT GET ANYTHING!!!! DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR HEAD???? OR YOUR FU***G COURIERS????? I PAYED FOR THIS WASTE DELIVERY, HOW THE HELL DO I HAVE TO LOOK FOR 2 DAYS AT HOME???? HOW THE HELL HAVE I A DELIVERED STATUS????

They keep forgetting to take my package from the depot. So a package worth hundreds of euros is stuck. They refuse to deliver it later the same day. Just keep promising to do deliver tomorrow. Have been waiting since Monday.
