yes this company are even worse than the reviews suggest. Just multiple lies, tracking doesn't work, multiple promises to ring back.
Asked to speak to a manager, no. I paid for urgent delivery, seriously don't bother. Check who the company is doing the deliveries before you buy anything. If its GLS go elsewhere
