The courier never arrived and declared the address was wrong. The sad piece is that we saw the van drive by but didn’t stop. Probably the driver is tracked on its route but was in a hurry to go back to base and didn’t stop. How bad is it? For the company and the customer! I am sorry as a customer but also for GLS that eventually suffers because of disloyal and unprofessional employees. In any rate, avoid them if you can … this is my second time it happens.
