GLS have had the parcel in their possession in excess of a week and have made no attempt to deliver it. I have made multiple efforts to contact the company and despite repeated assurances and the parcel being marked "urgent" it has again not left the warehouse. There has been no explanation for the ongoing delay. Would not recommend using this service.

Second time in a row thy claim they tried to deliver but failed - while I was at home all day in home office. Then they do not offer second delivery, but bring the parcel directly to a pick up point, and as for the second parcel they didn't leave me a paper nor sent me an e-mail about it (I suspect that they never even tried to deliver to my place), I had to write them to ask where should I go to get my parcel. I will try to avoid GLS in the future, it's a disaster.

They don't deliver the package. The courier instead of coming to the address to deliver the package, goes directly to Pack station and drops the package there. And then lies that he went to address and there was no one there. Does this every single time.

Got a timestamp this morning to say delivery will happen 11.15-11.45. At 11.45, live tracking showed the driver was a couple of streets away...at 12.30 the live tracking disappeared and was replaced with a delivery window of 9.30-1330 13.30 came and went, time is now 1600 and I've been sitting here wasting an entire day...still no delivery. BUSINESS OWNERS. STOP USING GLS, THEY ARE HARMING YOUR REPUTATION. Package didn't move for 14 days and tracking reported that "label created, package not yet handed over to GLS". THAT WAS A LIE. I have worked with the sender many times in the past and they were able to provide screenshots to verify that the package had indeed been handed over.

Peor servicio de entrega en España. No lo usen. Una vergüenza. Los repartidores son mentirosos y perezosos, dicen que no estás en casa para dejar el paquete en un punto de recogida. EL MISMO DÍA llamé a la central de GLS y me derivaron a la regional de Viladecans que gestiona Cunit. Informé que estaba en casa y que el repartidor mintió. La persona que atendió dijo que pediría que recogieran el paquete del punto de recogida y lo entregarían en casa. Después de 4 días de espera, volví a llamar. EN LA CENTRAL me atendió Patricia. Expliqué la situación y ella, de manera robótica, me dijo que YO había elegido entrega en el punto de recogida. Le respondí que no tenía ningún sentido. Primero, porque tenía prueba de que no lo elegí y recibí el correo diciendo que no estaba en casa. También informé que había llamado el mismo día para relatar el problema y me confirmaron que entregarían en casa. Otra mentirosa, porque insistió en decir que yo había elegido la entrega en el punto y me colgó el teléfono en la cara. ME IMPRESIONA LA FALTA de profesionalismo. Todo el equipo es mentiroso. Indignada, llamé de nuevo, relaté todo otra vez y simplemente me dijeron que reclamara en la web de GLS. Así que, como son mentirosos y perezosos, solo me queda alertar públicamente a la gente para que eviten usar GLS como servicio. Son unos mentirosos. Atención pésima y repartidores perezosos mintiendo que no estaba en casa. GLS es una vergüenza.

They had us wait at home for 12 hours two days in a row and they never delivered the package. They just keep rescheduling for the next day.

Horrible! They’ve had a package of mine for more than a week, and they suddenly claim they came by twice and I wasn’t home. Once at 8 in the morning and again at 9 am. I never leave the house before 10. After complaining, they tell me to go pick up the package myself, which of course I refuse, and they promise to bring it today, Friday afternoon. As I suspected, another lie. They never showed up. Until next Monday, they won’t be working in customer service or making deliveries, so I’ll still be without my package. This hasn’t only happened once with them. They are the least professional agency I’ve ever dealt with and, on top of that, they lie to your face without even flinching. Stay away from them!

Their curiers are incompetent, not even trying to reach you then they carry your package to the next town without further notice and sending it back to the sender at your own financial loss. -100000 scores

Absolutely incompetent company. They made me loose two days of my holidays waiting for a parcel because they didn’t deliver it. Furious, upset, they have no responsibility at all. I contacted them and I only got promises. Never again!

Unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. I was told my parcel will arrive yesterday and then Ii was messaged that my parcel will arrive soon so I went out waiting on the front of my door because last time the gls driver didn't even ring the bell and left a notice that my parcel to be picked up from a nearby shop. Never again GLS 😞

I will purposely avoid buying from any company that uses GLS for shipping in the future. They use email to communicate I have spoken with Christine, Carlos, and Sierra (if that's even thier real name) none of them communicate with each other so each time you speak with someone its like starting over. I was able to track my package from the 9th of July to the 21st of the same before it was totally lost. Its August 1st and after being assured it would come on July 31st and it hasn't. GLS is the worst shipping company I have ever seen used. Communication is bad, tracking is awful, customer service is barely existent. Sellers and buyers beware!!!

Customer service chat is horrible. I spoke to agents Roxy and James, and they kept me waiting while asking for the tracking number that I cannot provide because their method is a link to track the package. I am a victim here; I just placed my order, and they chose GSL to deliver it. This is a very bad company. One star is not enough to rate my experience negatively; I'd give it zero if I could.

Man könnte Pakete besser mit Tauben verschicken als mit dieser gescheiterten Firma. Ich war dort, um ein Paket – ein Handy – abzuholen, das mir von einer Mobilfunkfirma geschickt wurde. Sie weigerten sich, meinen Reisepass für die Identifikation zu akzeptieren, obwohl dieser notwendig war, und sagten mir, dass sie das Paket zurückschicken würden! Ich habe sogar ihr Callcenter angerufen – zunächst war der Mitarbeiter überrascht, aber nachdem er mit seinen Kollegen vor Ort gesprochen hatte, stellte er sich auf ihre Seite. Er sagte mir, ich könne mich nur mit dem Ausweis identifizieren, was in meinem Fall nicht möglich war. Die Mobilfunkfirma sagte mir, dass sie so eine Dummheit noch nie erlebt hätten, und beschloss, mir das Handy mit einem anderen Unternehmen zu schicken. Ich musste in meinem Leben zweimal zu diesem Ort, und jedes Mal hatte ich die schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens.

I would have given it less than one star, but it can't be done. I've had nothing but trouble with GLS. The tracking info for my current order had misinformation on the site. Finally, the package arrived, but I never heard if anyone knocked on my front door. Lastly, it's impossible to find a drop-off location with the info provided. I went to 4 different locations when I found one. Horrible, horrible company. I probably will never order from any company that uses GLS ever again!!!!!!
