Horrible communication, horrible customer service - I ordered 2 arm chairs from Italy - GLS made one attempt with no notice and kept me waiting 3 days (for a second delivery attempt) with a delivery time of 8am-6pm. Each of those days they told me late in the afternoon each of those days that the driver was sick (only one driver at GLS?) and then finally lied about making a second delivery attempt. They have now sent my chairs back to Italy! My husband had another bad experience with GLS delivering a vacuum cleaner which never arrived. 100% unprofessional and undependable. A rogue delivery service.
