All issues that you can imagine how to fail delivery is here: - each day starts with checking of tracking, they can try to deliver earlier then expected or later, if it says that parcel will be delivered today, I probably would not come in half of cases, the other half it would be failed. There is not any contact with currier at all - can store parcels in a depot and then return to sender without delivery attempt (twice) - bring parcel and say that me is not at home and do not deliver it, but I am at home all day (twice) - send around 50 kilograms packages to parcel shop instead of delivery in previous case - bring parcel to front door of the building and do not deliver it to apartment and do not say that men will not bring it there and just waiting for couple of minutes - said that parcel is returned to sender and then in several days it is delivered without notification about they delivered something when I am not at home - I am speaking with support, send really many emails. Always say wrong new delivery day. They say new delivery date, and I am waiting for delivery, but it is not delivered this day, then again the same, and again. And next day you are going to work and do not wait them, and they do delivery in this day despite they say they today they cannot deliver in email, and because I am not at home it again fails. They always sorry, but how it can help?
