Do not use GLS. I have contacted them more than once. I spoke to Jean through chat on 4/10/24 and they took 7 min to respond and gave me no new information. My parcel has been rescheduled over and over again. And it is now 7 days late. Jean claims that all resources have been exhausted and closed the chat. I have never heard of DLS. But I will never use them again.
