If I could give minus stars I would
The rudest customer service I have ever come across, and easily the worst courier I have dealt with. I don’t know how they are still in business.
Dealt with the same guy in Dublin twice now (wouldn’t give me his name as he knew he was being rude) but has a Nigerian/African accent and hung up on me.
Telling me three days in a row that my parcel is going to be delivered when it isn’t.
