Don't expect a full refund for faulty products After several emails and numerous images taken in different ways to appease customer services, Glyteywear kindly agreed that I could return a faulty bikini bottom for a refund (bikini bottoms are not usually refundable). As I had purchased the matching top, I returned this too as there’s no sense in keeping half a bikini. However I was only partially refunded; 83% of the cost of goods returned to be precise.
