An extremely disappointing experience in July 2019. Exchange and refund service was dreadful!! My emails were repeatedly ignored and when I eventually got through, Trying to get an address to send back to was a complete nightmare. I started off wanting to exchange but got so fed up of waiting I asked for a refund.. I am still waiting for that refund a YEAR later!!!!! AVOID!!!!!
