A lot of effort made by Go Assist and Big Warranties to pull you into their service and then the interest stopped. Paid £139 and the Engineer came out within a few days and very quickly diagnosed the problem with our fridge freezer. Said he would arrange for the part to be ordered. THREE WEEKS LATER, the engineer came back and replaced the part. There are 3 parts to this service - Big Warranty, Go Assist and Go Repair. You are sent automated emails and texts that don't make any sense, when you call you are given conflicting information, misinformation (lies) and fobbed off. If you request to speak with a supervisor, they don't call you back. Although perfectly nice people, they don't take a handle of the problem and deal with it. I lost count of the number of times I was told "the part is on its way" when clearly it wasn't or the wrong part arrived and they had to order it again. The quote for the part was well over the going rate and that was just a google search.... I do not recommend this company at all - try to find a local engineer and you will get a much cheaper, quicker and professional service. I'm not bothering to make a complaint to the company as I know I will just receive an empty sorry and I'm quite sure the service will not improve.
