Load Up let me down big time. I had a very specific schedule I had to meet to move out furniture, clean and move new furniture in the space. No one showed up and did not let me know until very late. I had to hire someone else to move the furniture out to our parking lot.. Load Up came the next day. No decision maker with the company has had the integrity to call me and at reduce the fee for partial work Load Up did not supply. I’m very disappointed. Will NOT use again.
