“The loaders were fantastic, but the communication between load up and the contracted loaders was subpar. The loaders were give an all day time frame instead of the specific time frame chosen for the job. I’m lucky to have flexibility with my employer that allowed me to take off work in the middle of the day when I had scheduled the pick up for later in the afternoon and closer to when I would normally get off work. The loaders were kind enough to wait on me to get in from work especially since it’s a 30 minute commute. This was especially annoying since I had already had to reschedule the appointment from my first preferred time and date at Load Up’s request.”

“Communication was top notch, started with quote over phone within minutes and very competitive, crew keep in contact on pickup time, crew was very skilled and on task completed the move quickly and top priority was to not damage any walls, floor or items moving. I would recommend that crew 100%. This may be my best goggle search ever!!!!”

“The two gentlemen came to pick up some junk removal and a large equipment machine for donation They were wonderful and they were respectful. They worked really hard to get my stuff together to remove. They both did wonderful and incredible job. I would definitely use LoapUp again and recommend them to my family and friends. Highly Recommend Thank You”

“I had booked a service for 8 am to 12 pm and I never received any communication. I had to call them 4 times to get any answers. It turned out they never had a team that could pick up my couch. If you need something removed and want a company to pick something up with in their scheduled time do not go with this company. Every time I called them they said they would call me back, which they never did, and that they would try and get a team to remove my couch. For a prepaid service, I’d expect that they would be able to accommodate the time that they allowed me to schedule. The last time I called they informed me 2 hours later by text that they would not be able to fulfill my order until 3 days later within a very small time period and I would have to accommodate them. I waited around all day for them to show up when it’s supposed to be a 4 hour window. I even opened the window to 8 am to 8 pm when my initial time was 8 am to 12 pm. Then they told me that I have to call them back at the end of the day to talk about cancellation when It’s not my fault that they failed to show up.”

“Absolutely horrible experience and company. I had them scheduled on a specific date between times of 8-12 for arrival. They didn’t show up. I had to call a different company to come complete the job. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only give me a 50% refund since they said I was cancelling their service. When I said I wasn’t cancelling, but rather they didn’t show up for the job they sent me their terms and conditions that say they cannot guarantee a specific time or even a specific date for a job to be completed. So, they just literally didn’t show up for the job and stole $300 from me. Absolutely disgusted with this company.”
