“Brian was a wonderful young man the only issue I have is not either him he was not my initial guy to come for my pick up. I don’t know who it was but the timeframe was between eight and 12 and the guy never showed so I called you guys sent Brian wonderful young man. The issue I have is you guys sent him to load up a treadmill. I’m not talking about a walking pad. I’m talking about a very heavy treadmill that was upstairs to do it all on his own. I felt so bad, but he was a trooper and got it done.”

“I would not recommend this moving company. During my move, several items and parts of my home were damaged due to careless handling. Furniture and walls were scraped, and my stair rail was gouged while they were moving items through the space. These are damages that could have easily been avoided with basic care and proper moving technique. Moving is already stressful, and hiring professionals should reduce that stress, not create additional repairs and costs afterward. Unfortunately, the movers did not take the level of care I expected when handling my belongings or navigating the home. If you decide to use this company, I strongly recommend supervising closely and documenting everything before and after the move.”

“Got their service set up for the removal of my old mattress and foundation when I purchased my new set. Once I received the new set, I set up my appointment and it was super easy. I had set it up for "afternoon" but they got busy and had to push it back a couple hours. Transparency from an "on the way" message to watching the progress tracker and them showing up to pack up and take away the old set was great. I did already have the old set outside and ready for pick up, so it was an easy stop. 5/5, A+”

“I called LoadUp on Friday for furniture pick-up. I was offered my choice of time slots For that Sunday! The associate was pleasant, listened to my story,and uber efficient. Almost immediately I received a text from LoadUp confirming those details. Saturday another quick reminder text. Sunday, I then received a very cordial text from the driver. He checked in and said he was 30 minutes away- Would we be available at an earlier time? No pressure at all. We enthusiastically said,YES! He and his helper arrived promptly and my husband took them to the furniture. We had disassembled the furniture already. It only took them 12 minutes to finish the job. AMAZING!!! We have a recently blended household with lots of extra STUFF. When we get ready, we totally, without any reservation , will always call LoadUp! In awe- Laurie and Steve”

“The local people who were hired to load and take the stuff away were very professional. The company, LoadUp, sucks big time. LoadUp provided very limited information to the local loaders. I clearly stated there was about 40 or more items but, somehow, LoadUp translated that to be 20 to 25 items. Therefore, when the local guys showed up, they weren't going to take the stuff, I had already paid over $350 for them to take. So, in order for them to take, most of the stuff, I had to pay them an additional $100 dollars. I'm extremely unhappy with LoadUp and I will never use them again. I will also be sharing this review on all social media platforms. You can't do stuff like that and get away with it. You're screwing the local loaders, and that's not fair.”

“It was easy to book and make an appointment. The only thing I'm not really satisfied are how long they took before they take away our junk. I already set the appointment ahead of time when and what time but they didn't pickup on schedule. Also when they picked up the item, they arrived at our place without saying anything. I thought somebody scouting to our driveway. I just got a notification on our security camera that there is somebody to our house, that is really bad thing to do. I just hope when a customer book on your service, you will show up on time.”

“EXCELLENT! First time using LoadUp and the experience was awesome! Tyron and his partner were on time and ‘on point’-friendly, efficient and in a matter of minutes the job was done! LoadUp’s website is easy to use, their pricing is reasonable and they have great people on their team. Recommended without hesitation!”
