“Was given 8-12 as the arrival window. Your workers showed at 12:30. Communication could have been better…...asked for an ETA at 8:30 and non given until 30 minutes before arrival. Workers truck leaked oil on driveway.”

“I don't know that I would use this company again. What's worse for the company is? I don't know that I would recommend them to friends or family. I had paid what I thought to be a hefty price to have an old bed and box springs to be hauled away and a new bed assembled. LoadUp's employee took the old bed but did not assemble the new bed. I was made to sleep on the couch that night because the company couldn't get anyone out. I slept horribly. The company made perfuse apologies and then rescheduled me for the next day. On both days, I waited from 12:00 to 4:00. After 4:00 p.m. on the second day the company still could not still find independent contractors in the area. They had to send for an assembler that was 2 hours away and the job didn't get done until 8:00 p.m on the second night. At the very least, if the company couldn't find contractors, I should have been told this, so I could have scheduled the service at a later date.”

“The subcontractor who arrived was not given the pictures submitted nor correct list of items. He took them anyway but barely fit. The crew was awesome, but hung out to dry by load up”
