“Actual pickup was fast and easy when it finally occurred but don't expect the time window or even day you book to mean anything. I requested a Saturday 8-12am pickup window, eventually got told an ETA of Saturday 2-3pm, and then got a text around 6pm on Saturday saying they couldn't pick up until the following morning. Wish I would have just been told to select another day/time at the time of booking, because it wasted most of my weekend and if I had known there was a chance the window would not be honored to that degree, I would have just scheduled a different day/time from the start.”

“I had a great experience with LoadUp! I had a bunch of demolition junk from a bathroom renovation that needed to be hauled. The price was very reasonable, the pickup was timely and the assigned loader was great. Thanks for a great experience!”

“My experience was good for the work that they did. The job was not completed( leaving items specifically mentioned when asking for a quote), customer service was no help. In their opinion the only option I have is open a new job.( To complete the job that they failed to complete)”

“Friendly movers and easy to follow scheduling. Did not like that movers were an hour later than our “window”. It would be nice to get a confirmation a day before so that you feel confident that the service is going to happen. When I priced it out the first time it gave me discounts with each item added but when I actually booked it ended up being more than previously stated.”
