“My delivery was to be between 12 and 4 yesterday 7/20/2026 it never came then . after many texts back and forth we got new time 5 to 6. never came .More texts and finally the paint was picked up At 6:45. Very frustrating experience!”

“Tami and her son were very kind and professional! Job was done in about 30 minutes, very efficient. I had a LOT of boxes and the broke them all down and removed them quick, in Tennessee heat! Highly recommend!”

“Using LoadUp for a short-notice furniture removal worked out great! The LoadUp contact person, Jamisa, was truly awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure we found movers in our area who were able to get to us on short notice. A moving company local to us, Willie B. Moore” was immediately communicative and confirmed when they would get to us on the day-of. Overall, this service was well worth it and extremely easy to work with, I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again if needed.”

“This couldn't have been any easier. Less than 24 hours after I asked for removal of a 2nd floor piece of furniture it was gone. The crew were incredibly polite and efficient. I was told when they would arrive and there they were, right on time. This is a GREAT service.”
