“Customer service updates were frequent; the Loader was friendly and worked quickly; but scheduling was miscommunicated. The original 4-hour window was missed due to an apparent scheduling conflict with another customer, and the pick-up was consequently rescheduled for the following day.”

“Andrew called and said they could arrive early which was great! His crew was very friendly, and very professional. They took extra care not to step on any plants in the garden while removing the sofa. I would definately recommend and consider using Load-Up again... especially Andrew and his crew!”

“The person who came to take my mattress and topper was very nice, polite and did a great job. However I chose a date and time to pick up these items . No one came between 8-12pm as I asked. When I called, a machine said that they will search for another driver and was it okay to extend the pick-up time till 8pm. I wanted the items gone so wasting my whole day I guess was not okay but what else can you do. Then at 7:30pm someone arrived. This system of finding drivers to do the job on the day requested is absurd. There must be a better way.”

“Originally given a window of 8a.m-12p.m that was changed to anytime up till 8 p.m. They did not arrive until 9:30 p.m. Though they were very efficient once they got here. Latoya did keep me informed of delays,which I appreciated.”
