“I ordered a pick up between 8 am and 12 PM. They didn’t show up until 1:30 PM, but they did a great job. Took everything they were supposed to and upon leaving. They gave me a receipt.”

“Find a different service! The customer service lady was ghetto and began huffing and puffing when I requested a new loader, as the original loader said they could not make it until 4-8PM, although I was scheduled for 8AM-12PM. The terms and conditions are not presented to you until AFTER you pay for the order. They then want to charge a 50% fee for refunds. Do yourself a favor and skip this logistical nightmare and schedule a local provider directly.”
