“I couldn't be happier with the job that Latoya and her partner did today. They were courteous understanding very pleasant and they worked quickly. They were on time they communicated well with us in advance of their arrival. I would recommend this very highly to anyone who needs help clearing out their house or moving things.”

“I was told my up would be between 8 and 12. I had to call a number of times to find out when my pick up would be made. Driver finally arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon. I think this is very poor customer service.”

“Easy to schedule with no hidden charges. They offer evening options so I didn’t have to adjust my schedule to fit theirs. LoadUp delivered. They did EVERYTHING they said they would do. It’s like an amazon delivery but in reverse sorta, be-ins they’re picking up and not dropping off. They kept me in the loop about when my item would be picked up, sent text msg as promised the day of pickup, a couple throughout the day, and when the driver arrived. The driver was efficient, courteous, respectful of both my time and my property. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Truly impressive service! If the need arises, I would definitely use them again.”
