“These folks were fantastic from the time I called and scheduled a next day pickup of residual furniture I couldn't fit in my POD. The step-by-step text communication was flawless, and web site was very useful and user friendly. I was able to cancel a 55-inch TV I decided to remove from the list and give to a friend, I'm hoping they reduced the $50 cost and credited my charge card. The overall cost was quite reasonable considering the urgency and expediency. I do hope anything of value to someone else in need is considered instead of just dumping items. Again... Great service and customer support!”

“The driver and crew were efficient and kind. They moved a dozen items through dirt and snow though some items dropped. The items and dolly left the wooden deck stairs scratched with some gashes. If this crew was headed to the dump, the method of movement would not be an issue; however, I booked this service specifically since most of the items could be donated. After being in snow or dirt or dropping and getting more damaged, this was not possible, which is disappointing. The next time I have items for the dump, I would be very happy to rebook this crew and use the loadup service.”

“Nicholas was very polite and professional. The removal of our recliner sofas was easy and they were very careful to not mark the walls, floor or doors during the move. If I need more items removed, I would definitely call again.”

“I would have given you a five except the loaders had to come out two times because the first set of loaders didn’t have any tools and it took tools to take the treadmill apart. I received a personal call from your company who alerted one of their teams that were out on the road to come out and pick the treadmill up which they did and I was very appreciative and I would definitely recommend you guys now that I know about you.”
