“I am very pleased with this service, I booked the appointment the day before and they made it incredibly easy to do. I got various follow up emails with the information and confirmation I needed. Overall very easy to deal with, definitely recommend if you need any furniture removed.”

“One guy showed up with a pickup truck. I knew he wouldn't be able to get all the items I had PAID for in advance. He said he would come back to get the rest. He did not come back or contact me. I paid a local business and they came to do the job. So I paid twice for the same job. A sofa and 5 bags of trash.”

“If you truly don't offer same day pick up it shouldn't be an option. Also when rescheduled still didn't show up in the window I was given. Other than that service was fine and the pick up people were polite.”

“James, the person who made the delivery was great! 5 stars. But the person this morning between 8-12 didn't show up! I could tell that Bernard at Customer Svc worked hard to get someone to do the delivery. I’m glad I got the bed even if it came at 6pm. Thanks James for taking extra the job.”
