“I want someone from Loadup call me back. I know someone can call me back but the AI makes it sound like no one is ever available so call me back I'm not leaving my number here. You know who I am. My bed was not put together incorrectly on 8-10-26. They were scheduled to come at 4:00/4:10 and they did. It was not done incompletion and needs to be redone. The first time people were scheduled to come I was told that the truck broke but meanwhile I didn't need anything taken away so what was up with that? Then this past Saturday I was told someone would come for the time slot 8:00 to noon. I even texted with someone from load up at 10:30. They said that they would call and your text with another email as it got closer but nobody showed nobody texted nobody called I got completely ghosted. Then Monday yesterday these two boys came on time and were nice so that's the only reason I'm giving one star but they did not know how to put a bed together. They were supposed to use an allen wrench to get in and tighten everything but they did not they only used the long screwdriver like device for each of the nails but never got into tighten them because it was easier not to. They verbally expressed this, so I'm not making this up. Again they were very nice boys I'm not totally faulting them completely I'm faulting load up because you just chose anyone who is willing to come over to my house to put together a bed. It was apparent that load up doesn't check that people are qualified to do the job. When I was told you would use third-party people I wasn't told it would be anybody you can find. I could have found anybody on my own through taskrabbit or Angie's List or people I know frankly I could have put it together at this point better than they did you have to follow the directions they did not use the Allen key it has to be undone and redone again somebody needs to come and do this please. The bed moves and Wobbles and makes noise. This is $1,000 bed it's not some Ikea piece that you might expect that from. Somebody needs to do right by me this is so messed up I'm so upset. Please please have someone come to do this right we're talking a headboard of footboard and two sideboards that's it the slats that go down afterwards are just easy peasy it's not such a difficult job they just didn't like the feeling of the qllen wrench because it is annoying to use but that's just how an allen wrench is. I would love to give you more than five stars with a raving review after the fact. This is a reasonable request. Please do right by me.”

“Super easy process to book pick up. Reasonably priced. They were $50-$100 cheaper than other company quotes and I didn’t have to have someone come to the house for an “in person” quote. Communication was great. They kept me updated throughout the entire process.”

“I needed an upright piano removed. The crew showed up at the scheduled time but one of the crew members was a young lady that was physically not capable of lifting the piano or was of much help. I had to end up helping the guy get the piano out of the door and because it was so old, it did not roll well. I asked if they brought a four wheel dolly with them to put it on and they did not. The guy ended up rolling the piano end over end down the sidewalk to his truck. If I need help in the future I doubt I will contract with LoadUp again.”

“The person who did the work was great but they were not sent any information I had submitted. I called to confirm because the company sends multiple conflicting messages to me and so not able to complete the work requested. They partner with local “companies” so you are not getting anyone near your town. Would strongly not recommend them because you are not guaranteed the work will be done especially for what you pay for.”
