“They texted a day ahead of scheduled delivery to let me know there was opportunity for an earlier date if I wanted. This was much appreciated. Communication throughout the day was good and names of drivers and phone numbers shared. Service was efficient.”

“NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE!! The haulers were prompt and friendly, but after they left I noticed that they had broken a planter pot in my stairwell. Soil and pieces of the ceramic planter were scattered down the stairs. I filled out a claims form and was told that they would not cover the damage because it was cosmetic. Nevermind that the planter will now leak water all over the floor because half the saucer is missing!!! I am beyond frustrated with this situation. Keep a close eye on the haulers the entire time - lesson learned for me but I won’t be using them ever again.”

“First time using them. They were ontime and courteous. Got right to work. Had the refrigerator out the door in no time will use them again. Their fee was very reasonable!!”
