“Absolutely horrible experience and company. I had them scheduled on a specific date between times of 8-12 for arrival. They didn’t show up. I had to call a different company to come complete the job. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only give me a 50% refund since they said I was cancelling their service. When I said I wasn’t cancelling, but rather they didn’t show up for the job they sent me their terms and conditions that say they cannot guarantee a specific time or even a specific date for a job to be completed. So, they just literally didn’t show up for the job and stole $300 from me. Absolutely disgusted with this company.”

“Hello, my name is Sherika" Today was My Husband and i my first time using load Up furniture trash, and pick up move-in services company the experience was amazing and outstanding I couldn't ask to be Service . any more better than this. “First driver canceled. No way to contact company except Ai. Promised to connect me with someone who could give job to a second driver but no response for hours. 2nd driver finally reached someone after multiple attempts and I authorized the 2nd driver to do first drivers job. Miserable day. We had to be out by the 1st. Both orders were paid in advance. Pablo was awesome. Rickie was a nightmare.”

“I was scheduled for 8am-12pm. Never heard anything. I had to call. The agent on the phone was very helpful, he got me scheduled for 1pm-4pm. The driver showed up late by himself. He struggled with the old and new mattress, definitely a two man job. If this is white glove service I will never use it again. I will let Cariloha my dissatisfaction with the service.”
