“Friendly movers and easy to follow scheduling. Did not like that movers were an hour later than our “window”. It would be nice to get a confirmation a day before so that you feel confident that the service is going to happen. When I priced it out the first time it gave me discounts with each item added but when I actually booked it ended up being more than previously stated.”

“The team did not come with shoe covers to not soil my carpet. My opinion is that Load up should provide this to their teams. My carpet is brand new. The team really struggled with removing one of the pieces of my sectional. I had to help them remove my door and get the sectional out of my house. It was a bit frustrating. They were on time. Reluctant to allow me to move my car since I live on a one way street to park their truck until a car needed to pass. Ultimately I am thankful to have my to have the sectional gone in anticipation of deliver of my new furniture.”

“The two people who showed up were on time and kept in contact letting me know when got here. They were very polite, friendly, helpful with ANY questions, and quick. Could not have been happier more satisfied with their service. NOTE: This survey is talking about delivery being on time and if item was damaged and days it took for delivery. They PICKED UP/Removed my loveseat there was NO delivery involved - So did not answer those questions.”
