“Using LoadUp for a short-notice furniture removal worked out great! The LoadUp contact person, Jamisa, was truly awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure we found movers in our area who were able to get to us on short notice. A moving company local to us, Willie B. Moore” was immediately communicative and confirmed when they would get to us on the day-of. Overall, this service was well worth it and extremely easy to work with, I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again if needed.”

“This couldn't have been any easier. Less than 24 hours after I asked for removal of a 2nd floor piece of furniture it was gone. The crew were incredibly polite and efficient. I was told when they would arrive and there they were, right on time. This is a GREAT service.”

“I ordered a mattress from Wink for a disabled family member. LoadUp was the organization that was to set up the new bed and remove the old bed. The cost of that service was $275. The service was scheduled on July 5 for 8 days later (7/13 between 8 and noon). I got a call at 10:30am stating they could not make the morning window but they would absolutely take care of it by the end of the day. At around 7:30pm, I called to get an update and was told that they couldn't guarantee the service and that none of their contractors accepted the job. It's not like we scheduled this last minute. There was over a week of lead time. I have no faith in this company and their ability to deliver on their service promises. Communication was poor, and if you tell me you're going to do something after you already missed one commitment, you can't just no-call, no-show. Fool me once... Stay away from LoadUp. They may have a good network elsewhere, but watch out if you're in the Asheville area of Western North Carolina.”
