“When the driver arrived, they were personable and accomplished the item removable. The lower review, however, is due to the timeliness (or lackof) of their arrival. My scheduled pickup time was 8am-12pm... a 4 hour window. They finally arrived after 1:30pm... more than 1 1/2 hours past the scheduled time. Why give a scheduled time if not able to meet it...”

“Loadup was contracted to move and install Cal-king mattress and adjustable base bed frame plus remove old mattress AND packing trash; the adjustable base arrived on a pallet and is a heavy pig to move. I moved/set-up the mattress before to Loadup arrival. The 2 women contracted by loadup were nice, hardworking, but definitely out of their depth for moving the Cal-king adjustable base bed frame to an upstairs bedroom. They struggled to carry the 1 piece bedframe from garage to front door, and I had to help them carry upstairs because was otherwise impossible for them. I also had to help them with set-up They were able to move old queen size mattress out of the house without much difficulty. They loaded-up the packing trash but said their boss wouldn't allow them to take the shipping pallet because "wasn't part of job." She was apologized and said "she didn't want to get fired." I explained that all the shipping trash was definitely part of the job, and included the shipping pallet; call your boss and tell him you are taking the pallet. After a few minutes on the phone he requested "another $20 for the pallet" - my response was "absolutely not." He finally capitulated and the pallet was gone. I don't blame the 2 women assigned this job, but the dispatcher and management who thought they could accomplish the tasks and then short me on the scope of work.”

“Very friendly customer service. I had an issue when I placed my order and it was rectified quickly. I like that you itemize the load so you know exactly what you are paying. I Can’t believe they were Able to remove my stone patio table off my deck without taking it apart. You get updates on arrival and showed up within the time window. I thought the price was very reasonable for this load. It was a bit of a challenge maneuvering the deck stairs but Cameron and his colleague were Able to do it . Highly recommend .”

“I appreciated the guaranteed pricing when I made the reservation. You do prepay for the service but I used another junk removal service for my spare bedroom furniture and the haggling was unpleasant for me. The assigned crew showed up on time and the communication was excellent on the day of the removal. Would definitely use again!”
