“Smooth and easy to reach them . My empty boxes were picked up same day and there were no hassles at all . They’re also understandable and are willing to address your concerns and challenges. The driver was also nice and did a good job”

“The drivers were very nice and professional. The Loadup website is terrible to use if you are trying to get rid of multiple items that are in different categories. I had to change our order to add more items and ended up having to call. All the people at Loadup were nice; it's just that the website is so frustrating that it didn't make the experience perfect.”

“Lamar and Kenny did a phenomenal job removing a very large couch that didn't break down to two sections. They also were very accommodating and mentioned they might be able to donate the couch, rather than put it in a landfill, since it was clean and in working condition. Great price with LoadUp and quick scheduling. I highly recommend and will use them again when I need junk removal.”

“Used LoadUp to remove a full-sized front-load washer & dryer set on pedestals. The crew was very professional and careful removing the appliances and hauling them away. I received update notification starting in the morning and periodically as the arrival time neared. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use LoadUp again for similar needs.”

“Jeremy was on time, professional, gracious and handled all of our needs! Highly recommend Jeremy and his crew! we definitely plan on using him again! My family has used other folks and he is and top-notch, reasonably priced, and is ready with all he needs to take care of the job! He was ready with the tools to remove doors from the fridge and handled the deep freeze with ease!”

“When I logged in yesterday I was happy to get an appointment for r of an old mattress for today—within 24 hours. I probably should have opted for a weekday next week, because things go wrong over weekends. IT certainly did for me, but ultimately it worked out. My appointment was 8-12 today, and I remained available that entire time. No one showed up. No one called to report a delay although they had our number. I called LoadUp customer service. They said the team was having truck trouble, but would come by sometime before 8:00 tonight or come Sunday (between 8-12). I insisted I get a much shorter window since my entire (almost) Saturday was asked. Ultimately they sent someone and he removed the mattress. We wanted it to go to donation but I don’t know if the sides got dirty from dragging it over the floor. I was not so much upset they didn’t show up as promised, but I am more upset that no one kept me updated. “Good news can wait, but Bad news always s to come first.””

“I booked a pickup for an 8am to 12pm window. That loader never arrived and never contacted me and I didn’t find out the job was transition after 12 pm. Then I contacted the new loader who told me 2pm. Then that became 3pm. The pickup itself went fine but I spent the entire day waiting for it to happen.”
