“Corporate loadup was not that great. Did not send anybody to pick up items on the scheduled date. Rescheduled for next day and still no one. Contacted corporate and got transferred to customer service support where the phone just ranged. Movers finally came and the pair that came were extremely awesome people and did a great job.Rate this 4 stars due to low quality if any customer support”

“Best husband and wife team!! They were extremely efficient with all of my items and were done in 25 minutes! In my line of work, courtesy and communication are a must. They were in constant contact with me throughout the morning. I will definitely be using them again!!”

“Very easy process from booking to completion. We had two very hard-working men move furniture from our basement to our upstairs and move dressers downstairs. I thought the price fair. Nothing was damaged. Would use this company again.”

“Needed 2 people to remove old grill from back deck. Load Up cost was reasonable and men arrived on time and were very careful in removing the grill. Would definitely recommend. PC Cincinnati, Ohio”

“To be honest, I had a VERY bad experience with the first loaders they sent. These loaders quit in the middle of the job and tried to hit me up for more money. I contacted the corporate office and they rectified the situation by sending a new crew the next day. I will say that the new crew (Thank you, Zach and Kirsten) exceeded my expectations. VERY hard workers that did an excellent job and completed a difficult task in record time. I can't say enough good about the second crew. They were top-notch. Yes, I did lose a day of my schedule. Yes, the first day was very stressful, but the company stepped in and made it right. As I told them, 'stuff can happen - what matters most is how you make it right.' They made it right and I would give them another chance in the future. They truly stand behind their word. That's why my rating changed from Very Poor to Very Good.”

“LoadUp did not communicate well with the debris hauler. We specifically agreed that they would take the pool apart and haul it to the dump. When they arrived, they were not prepared for disassembly and had to return 2 days later with help.”

“This cabinet was bulky, heavy, very difficult to move down stairs with a 360 degree turn. It gave LoadUp quite a challenge to resolve, but the two movers addressed it in a coordinated, determined and efficient way! Congratulations to them, we were impressed and thank LoadUp and their well chosen movers for an excellent, outstanding job!”
