“We had an excellent experience with LoadUp today. Communication was great with Dave, letting us know when they would arrive. They removed the 4 pieces of furniture we had in about a half an hour. No problems at all. Both men were very friendly and professional. We would recommend LoadUp for your junk removal.”

“The process from start to finish was very easy and pretty efficient. The only issue was there was a miscommunication on the rug size, but it ended up not being a big deal. Customer service is wonderful, and even the loader that came to my house could not have been more professional. Just make sure you you give all the specifics of the items being picked up like the size, measurements, etc. Thank you. LOAD UP”

“Terrible experience. Booked them for furniture assembly and then decided to cancel less than 48hours later, and more than 3days before the scheduled appointment and they are trying to charge 20%fee for cancelling. They also charged the full amount to my credit card the week before the scheduled appointment. Terrible business practice and predatory cancellation policies.”

“Alex was very quick and professional. He managed to get our couch out the front door by himself in 30 seconds, something that took the two movers we had moving in over 20 minutes. He was right on time and the whole process took about 5 minutes!”

“Today I had the experience With the working with a Neal he Was my driver He loaded all of the items that needed to be picked up and some He had great communication was very honest The rates the whole and I appreciate the time that he took to explain how the program worked As well as providing me with documentation of the pickup I would recommend Neal anytime”

“Pickup was easy and people were very nice. Not 5 stars because there was total confusion about the pickup time — request pickup window was confirmed then emails sent with times outside the window. Then a phone confirmed another time, but they showed up 3 hours earlier (which was fine, but it all ruined my day for anything else).”
