I appreciate the services! However, I had scheduled for an earlier time, but they did not arrive until late in the evening. There had been no communication about the delay, which I would have preferred and appreciated.

Scheduled from 8a-noon. I did not receive a call at 8 am. So I texted at 8:40. Was informed closer to lunch. I asked “11?” And was told around 12. Since they had to empty a dumpster first. I’m emptying my mother’s apartment so I got to the apt before noon. I receive a text at 11:54 that they had a long line and were in Greenville, SC so it would be 2pm. I asked about a discount and was referred to contact someone. They showed up at 2:15p. They were quick to move a few box springs , mattresses and a tv. Time is money for the clients too…

Loader did not show and could not be reached by phone the original scheduled day. Today even though I told sleeper sofa only one person came. I am a widow. If my son hadn’t not been here there’s is no way one person could have completed the job. The loader today was very nice

They were communicative throughout the day and very respectful. They did do a little damage to my front door, but nothing a little buff and repaint can’t fix.

The first crew LoadUp sent was awful. Incomplete work, stumbling intoxicated(I could smell them upstairs when they were in the garage), didn't know how to do their jobs at all, and SHOWED BACK UP BANGING ON MY DOOR because they told the crew that we had made a complaint. We had to call LoadUp again to get them to leave. 0/10 I had to call at least five times to get taken care of, without a consistent point of contact. Took all day to get a new group sent out. The new crew was phenomenal. 10/10 They redid the work the prior crew had poorly done, listed everything without incident, and finished early. The disparity in service is terrifying, and I would hesitate greatly before using the service again, or recommending the service to anyone. We are 18 hrs behind schedule with a 48 hour van rental. Overall: Initial Crew 0/10 Customer Service: 8/10 The guy who TOLD THE CREW ABOUT OUR COMPLAINT: 0/10

One showed, the other a bit late. New mattress as shipped was unpacked and the sides had pulled threads same as the one we had replaced. Top was "loose", not snug in place, leaving a couple wrinkles on the surface. Not what we'd expect from a $2300 mattress and certainly not what we'd expect for a mattress replaced for specified problems, and the replacement showing up with similar problems and a new one. The crew broke a wall power plate, but did bring back a replacement (although the size and pattern were different than what was broken). They wrestled the old mattress down and outside, then up on top of a small car tying it down. Not equipped to haul mattresses, IMHO. The mattress removed was quite dirty after hauling out, dragging on the lawn, etc. Overall, they got the job done but we're quite disappointed with the replacement, especially noting it was replacing one for certain defects and the new having actually more problems with defects. Your quality control is desperately lacking. Scale of 1-10 for quality construction gets about a 5. Overall, quite disappointed.

The two guys were very nice and personable, but they were 40 minutes late and took 6 and a half hours to complete building 2 full size beds.

Rodolfo communicated well and gave updates for arrival time. He was able to remove all items listed. However, I selected to please DONATE the bookshelf, dresser, and nightstand to LOVE INC. Unfortunately, we were the last stop on his route, and for him to fit all items in his truck he cut them up. Didn't even try to save the items. I had already informed LOVE INC that a company was coming to deliver the items for donation and I had to inform them the items were destroyed.

The driver complained about the size of the boxes and said they are supposed to be small boxes when completed the job.

Also ,part2 of review I now have scratches on stairs that was not there before, again a need for proper equipment. In billing summary I noticed an $84 for area????

I thought I had paid for an hour’s reservation for two guys to rearrange furniture. After less than 50 minutes I asked Marlon to slide a mirror less than 5’ he told me I had only requested two items to be moved. I told him I paid for an hour and I still had 10 minutes. He rudely told me he needed to go fix a tire and left. No, Marlon Was not acceptable but his helper was.

We were told that the service window would be between 12 noon and 4 pm, and that we would be contacted to confirm an ETA. At 3:50 pm no one called so I contacted the person who was assigned and he said it would take him 45 minutes to arrive and that he was doing the job alone. I told him there was no way he could move the 2 pieces by himself, so he said he’d have to get a helper and that it would be 1.5 hours later rather than 45 minutes. Ultimately 3 different people arrived at 4:50 pm and removed the sofa. We were happy with them as they did it quickly and were very professional. I would have given a better review if the 3 did the job within the timeframe and if we had better communication about what was happening. Honestly the lack of communication from the original person assigned to the job and his lack of understanding of the scale of the job affected my review.
