Picked 12-4pm for my time for a mattress removal. Hardly had any communication from the person, I would have to ask what the ETA was. I was told I could place the mattress outside for them to pick it up so I did. They didnt show up until 9:50pm to take it.

LoadUp did not communicate well with the debris hauler. We specifically agreed that they would take the pool apart and haul it to the dump. When they arrived, they were not prepared for disassembly and had to return 2 days later with help.

Scheduled for between 8 and 12, didn't arrive until 1:49. Had to wait around for pickup not allowing me to leave for work.

The loaders were fantastic, but the communication between load up and the contracted loaders was subpar. The loaders were give an all day time frame instead of the specific time frame chosen for the job. I’m lucky to have flexibility with my employer that allowed me to take off work in the middle of the day when I had scheduled the pick up for later in the afternoon and closer to when I would normally get off work. The loaders were kind enough to wait on me to get in from work especially since it’s a 30 minute commute. This was especially annoying since I had already had to reschedule the appointment from my first preferred time and date at Load Up’s request.

First driver canceled. No way to contact company except Ai. Promised to connect me with someone who could give job to a second driver but no response for hours. 2nd driver finally reached someone after multiple attempts and I authorized the 2nd driver to do first drivers job. Miserable day. We had to be out by the 1st. Both orders were paid in advance. Pablo was awesome. Rickie was a nightmare.

Customer service updates were frequent; the Loader was friendly and worked quickly; but scheduling was miscommunicated. The original 4-hour window was missed due to an apparent scheduling conflict with another customer, and the pick-up was consequently rescheduled for the following day.

The actual pick up was quick, but the experience beforehand was incredibly frustrating. I tried several times to add another item both over the phone and through text and was unable to do so. Now I need to figure out getting rid of my bed frame separately.

Charged $336 to pick up 12 bags of sod/dirt, ended up having 14 bags and he wouldn’t pick up other 2 bags unless a paid more. I feel it was a huge rip off.

3 Although the team worked very hard they brought no supplies for the clean out We gave the gloves, bags, masks and brooms They would not have been able to do the job without the supplies I did

The Loader spoke too quickly which was received by my parents as dismissive. They could barely understand him, which is what prompted their call to me.

Easy to get quote and book but the communication is sub par. I wasn’t sure if this was really confirmed until morning of pickup. I asked for a 8-12window and they said at 11:15am they were on their way to me. But the item wasnt picked up until around 1:30pm. My guess is they didn’t drive 2 hours to get to me, they say they’re on the way so they can still claim they hit the 8-12 window. Guys were professional enough but I asked if it was possible to add an item to the order but they pretty much ignored me. Not sure they spoke English.

Driver was late. This man needed assistance, it was not a one persons job. He could have hurt himself. Should always be health before wealth. The couch to move was heavy and needed two persons for maneuvering.

Driver,Orlando, gets a 5. But the company messed up our delivery time and had to change dates. On my hr DOS, the original loader cancelled.

When the driver arrived, they were personable and accomplished the item removable. The lower review, however, is due to the timeliness (or lackof) of their arrival. My scheduled pickup time was 8am-12pm... a 4 hour window. They finally arrived after 1:30pm... more than 1 1/2 hours past the scheduled time. Why give a scheduled time if not able to meet it...
