Online booking service was detailed and easy to use. The gentlemen who provided the pick-up service were polite and fast. My only concern was that the gentlemen were rushing and were not gentle with my items. I selected to donate if possible, but the rough handling of my item doesn't leave me with much confidence. I live in a third floor apartment and one of the gentlemen tossed some sofa cushions over the 3rd floor railing to the parking lot below, one nearly hitting my car.

Easy to order a pickup and schedule it. Then I got emails using two different names, names that differed from the initial company’s. Spoke to Mattress Disposal Plus first to make order, then received emails from LoadUp and College Hunks. As I called several companies for quotes, I cancelled the order from College Hunks. Then got an email giving me a refund for cancelling the order, from a company that I hadn’t paid. It ended with LoadUp arriving when they said they would and picking up the mattresses, while the truck from College Hunks pulled up. I still don’t know which company works for which company—just glad LoadUp took the mattresses.

Fast, efficent, friendly -- but two hours late after waiting the 4 hour window. Not good for business but as stated great crew of loaders and tipped them as such.

The pre-commitment went fine and negotiating the price was very fair. The day before and the day of the move was good with enough communication letting me know when someone would arrive. The people who moved my sleeper couch and loveseat did a great job and were personable. THEN.... I got a call an hour after the pick-up and was told that because I had two flights of stairs they wanted permission to charge me more money for lying to them. Um, I live on the second floor and there are about 13 steps to my condo. Yes, one of these is a landing and because its a landing that means there are "2" flights. Their would be the same number of steps if the "flight" was straight. Also, having the landing made it easy for the remover to readjust and safely move my heavy sleeper couch. I was happy and ready to recommend the service to friends but now I see that they try to nickel and dime you. I was never told about the "2 flights" until after the removers left. They left a bad taste in my mouth with a experience that could have been better.

The gentleman who showed up to assemble my king size Ghostbed and base(s) was very nice, hardworking and had a natural aptitude for assembly. However, when I have paid for white glove service from other companies, the workers were associated with the company. This gentleman was in no way connected to Ghostbed. In fact, in the end, he told me this is the first time he has ever assembled an adjustable bed frame. I could have never put this together by myself because it was very heavy, but I am definitely upset that I paid $275 for “white glove” service as advertised and the person had no experience with Ghostbed or it’s products. Again, this negative review does not reflect on the gentleman who provided the service, but is directly applicable to Ghostbed and LoadUp for misleading advertising and high price charged for this service.

Very difficult contacting driver. Link didn't work. No obvious phone number to call. Driver and one other showed up at Very end of appointment slot in a very small, used pickup truck. Was so packed with stuff that I feared for them driving with my items added safely. Website advertised responsible eco disposal. Driver told me he was taking to dump. Paid $144.00 for false advertising. Would not recommend.

This was a pickup old & assemble new order. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the LOADUP-Customer-Service after the initial order purchase. It was IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a live person about the delivery. IMPOSSIBLE TO 'CHAT ONLINE'. Only contact is via TEXT & they were FAIRLY RESPONSIVE to their 'way-too-many" "TEXT US" numbers. Every comm has a different 'phone' number. It was STRESSFUL & DIFFICULT to figure out what is going on and when. The CONTRACTED teams don't get all the info they need & they CAN'T CONTACT ANY LIVE PERSON either! First LOADUP gave my order to a contractor who couldn't deliver in the requested timeframe, after I texted, they reassigned but then provided no info to me. The CONTRACTOR 2-man team that did show up (called first) were nice fellows and the leader knew what he was doing & was strong, which made his helper able to be helpful enough. Big sighs of relief when they got done. Had to go back thru the packing materials to find documentation needed so TG I didn't let them take the big boxes. The STRESS re: LOADUP logistics & dispatch communication is why I rated 3 stars MAX. LOADUP should provide details about the contractor & team, they didn't. LOADUP misrepresents how LOADUP-Cust-Svc contact is possible. The contractors got here & got the job done so they would get more stars.

The guy who came appeared to have no experience moving a piano. He worked hard and eventually got the job done, however his trailer was inadequate and his helpers were a kid and a teenager. They struggled greatly to get the piano onto the trailer. I do appreciate how hard he worked to get the job done, but I was glad I wasn't trying to donate the piano as it might have been damaged beyond use.

Yesterday a single loader arrived. My request stated that a full-sized bed with wooden frame, dresser and mirror for dresser were located on the second floor. As these 2nd floor items could not be handled by a single person, a new pick-up date was scheduled. Two very nice young men arrived today. They had seen photos that I sent but said they would need to disassemble the wooden bed frame which would have an additional charge. Finally, when I mentioned the bed downstairs (that was included in the instructions) to be relocated upstairs, they said that was not in the listing of items and would have required an additional labor charge at $60. an hour, with a minimum of one hour. They agreed to take the mattress upstairs but my disabled husband and I will have to find additional help to have the adjustable base taken upstairs. Seems like a lot of bait and switch.

I am giving them 3-stars only because the loader arrived 1 hour late! I had an 8am - Noon pickup window and the loader arrived at 1pm. Otherwise, the loader was professional, polite, and did a great job! The overall experience was very good. Still, if you say you're going to do the job in a certain time window, it's not goo to arrive an hour late.

The driver was wonderful. He was a “can do” kind of guy. The office liaison was very respectful too. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t get my job right the first time and then tried to upcharge me another 60% because the load was bigger. We were able to arrive at a reasonable charge but it involved 2 trips by the driver and a bit of angst when they gave me the new price.

The Driver was very nice but our appointment window was the 8am-12pm block and he was not here until 4:30pm

The only problem I had was that they only sent one guy to pick up a full sized couch. I have heart failure but ended up having to help get it outside.

Our first appointment took awhile to set up then no one showed up. Our next appointment was much better and the two men who came were very nice and easy to work with. Thank you!

I will never use this service again! There is no guarantee for service on the day you book it but you have to pay in advance! The service is very over priced! The contractors were awesome! I’m glad that I have their info to skip this service in the future when I need help! Don’t waste your time or money!

The driver was great! However, my pick-up was for between noon and 4pm. The pick-up was delayed twice, the driver arrived at 7:30. The driver was very apologetic. However, I think this company really needs to revamp its scheduling system. The driver said he didn't know about my pick-up until 2pm and he was coming from Atlanta. I think the drivers need to know their schedule at least one day before the pick-up. I probably won't use them again.

Scheduled for 8-12 but we all know delays can happen. I called at 11:50 because no one contacted me and the tracker said no one was en route and I had to leave for work. I reached the driver, Dionte, and he said he would be here in 30 minutes so I waited. 50 minutes later, still no one here so I called him Again twice and it went straight to VM. Left a VM to reschedule and 30 minutes later he showed up at my house. Unprofessional. Unorganized. No apologies. All we ask is for a heads up as to not inconvenience our entire days as customers.
