“nice folks, just very busy and missed a day. hard workers. when pick up delayed, a phone call would have helped to reschedule. Got the job done though.”

I want to apologize again for our delayed pickup. Unfortunately, unforeseeable circumstances can cause routes to be delayed. Thank you for your patience and kindness during the pickup process. I have looked into your specific situation and have used this as a training tool to help our reps understand the importance of communicating with our customers.
