Requested a custom removal service using pictures to identify exact amount. Remover was sent with incorrect size truck and did not complete the job. LoadUp refuses to provide an answer as to why they cannot have someone return to complete the work or refund a reasonable amount. Be weary of this scam.

Scheduled on 3/14/26 for a move on 5/2/26, noon to 4 window. Their site informs that customers receive a message at 8am with eta of crew. No message sent. Reached out via text, repeatedly. After several messages informing it’s “in work” and someone would contact me “immediately” or “in a moment,” no one did. I called, several times. No one answers at any of the options. Phone rang until it disconnected. About six calls later I got a human that was full of apologies but was zero help getting the crew here. Told me to wait until 4. At 5 I called and again, no help. Told to wait until 8 if I wanted a refund. Otherwise they keep half the payment! For blowing me off! They never showed. Best they could offer was a $15 refund and reschedule. Sometimes the biggest part of the job is just showing up. They couldn’t even do that.

LoadUp was so easy! I've never had such a great experience with communication and service from a provider before. I needed a reclining couch and loveseat hauled away to make room for my new modular sectional. Both the company and the driver kept me posted, via text, once my order was in the system. I got to choose from 3 four hour windows. I received texts the day before and the day of, from the driver, Oleksandr. He zeroed in on the time he planned on being at my house. One hour before he let me know his ETA. He was on time and loaded up and secured the items within 15 minutes. He was really nice, and most of all, on time! No waiting around for a text from the provider. I will keep their card and if I ever need help with anything, I will definitely use them again. ☆☆☆☆☆ GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thank you LoadUp! Liza

I had the worst experience with this company. They are only offering me a 50% refund. They never picked up the mattress another company did and they are only offering me a 50% refund saying that I canceled when they clearly shared my information with someone I only booked one pick up. I would never do business with such a company that seems like a scam and now I am out $57 .

Sent constant communications including that they were in route and picked up my item and NEVER SHOWED UP. Also, now they don't answer their phone. Total scam

NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE!! The haulers were prompt and friendly, but after they left I noticed that they had broken a planter pot in my stairwell. Soil and pieces of the ceramic planter were scattered down the stairs. I filled out a claims form and was told that they would not cover the damage because it was cosmetic. Nevermind that the planter will now leak water all over the floor because half the saucer is missing!!! I am beyond frustrated with this situation. Keep a close eye on the haulers the entire time - lesson learned for me but I won’t be using them ever again.

I hired LoadUp for wardrobe assembly after sharing my design and receiving a quote. On the service day, two workers came but said the job wasn’t clearly explained to them. They worked briefly, left, and promised to return—but never did. LoadUp rescheduled for the next day, but again, no one showed up. After multiple calls, I still have no resolution. Only about 40% of the work is done, and my room and closet are left in complete disarray with parts and boxes everywhere. Very frustrating experience. I don’t believe I should be charged for incomplete service.

ponte vedra, fl ZERO STARS, BLACKHOLE 3 attempted pick ups, 3 windows missed. 3 pick up "partners" who accepted the assignment then did not show, text and did not answer their phone after non arrival. 2 days wasted waiting around for these guys, had the nerve to mention a cancel fee! Nightmare. 20 rings each time for customer service to pick up; one person just hung up. Clowns

The order was scheduled to be picked up yesterday between 8am and 12pm. They did not show to pick up the order yesterday. At 4pm I finally received communication stating they couldn't make it that day. Is 0 stars an option?

I would not recommend this moving company. During my move, several items and parts of my home were damaged due to careless handling. Furniture and walls were scraped, and my stair rail was gouged while they were moving items through the space. These are damages that could have easily been avoided with basic care and proper moving technique. Moving is already stressful, and hiring professionals should reduce that stress, not create additional repairs and costs afterward. Unfortunately, the movers did not take the level of care I expected when handling my belongings or navigating the home. If you decide to use this company, I strongly recommend supervising closely and documenting everything before and after the move.

Absolute worthless company. One piece of a couch and not even a full section drug across my wood floor. 8 foot scratch right before I am planning to list the house… all they can say is sorry. Worthless help They could offer to polish the floor but nothing.

One guy showed up with a pickup truck. I knew he wouldn't be able to get all the items I had PAID for in advance. He said he would come back to get the rest. He did not come back or contact me. I paid a local business and they came to do the job. So I paid twice for the same job. A sofa and 5 bags of trash.

Honestly very poor service. They definitely did the blame game even though they were trying to not do the bling game, but they were trying to blame everyone. They blamed who hired them. They blamed the circumstances and came up with a lot of excuses to try to not take my stuff even though everything was communicated effectively and unfortunately being in California during raining weather is not necessarily something I can control. It was also disclosed that the mattresses were outside. They kept making it sound like they were going to take my box springs which were already mad that they were two of them due to it being a California king so having two twin XL box springs but making it seem like they were not going to take the mattress after all and just leave it the way that it is even though I've already paid for the service. After finally leaving for a short period and coming back with the box springs as they should have just got one out first. They decided to try to put the mattress on top of the box spring but told me I had to help them as though me paying for the service wasn't adequate enough so I had to help them through the rain to try to get this off because they had to do it in one trip. Even though once they did get it to go they ended up dropping it halfway. I waited outside on my porch waiting to see if they would come back if I needed to sign any paperwork and then they just left so I assume they took everything with them. I personally would not hire this company again nor do I really want to work with this company again.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever received. We filled out the appropriate information and even called to confirm the circumstances of the pickup. They sent one individual to load furniture from a second story condo. This was communicated directly with the Company that they would have to go up a flight of stairs. How can one person load furniture under these circumstances? My 75 year old husband had to help him. He has had back surgery and severe back issues. Shame on you!!! A full refund should be given. If my husband has any further issues with his back we will seek out legal counsel to assist in reimbursing us for his pain and suffering. This company is an absolute joke!!!!

While the LoadUp team was friendly and courteous, the install was of poor quality. There were more extra pieces than I've ever seen in my life of putting together furniture, they used the wrong screws in several places causes the screws to puncture the furniture piece and now it's a hazard, the foot bench is missing a hydraulic hinge, the shoe rack is missing some metal trim pieces that add aesthetics and every piece of furniture is wobbly. To make matters worse the customer service team was awful to deal with. I had several pieces that were damaged during shipping (not the crews fault). They finished their work on a Saturday so I called LoadUp on Tuesday assuming they were off Sunday and Monday was just hell for me. I called them to get a refund on those items and they immediately hid behind their Terms and Conditions which require you to contact LoadUp, IN WRITING, within 24 hours about any changes in order to get any sort of refund. They don't send you the T's and C's when you contact them or engage them for their services. Instead you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of their website, find the tiny little link that says "Terms" and then read through all that. I guess it should be expected for some shoddy outfit that operates all online and then hires out to random people locally to do the work. I'm sure they're paying those contractors next to nothing so they can make as much money as possible. I will NEVER use LoadUp again.

Thought I was getting a turn key load out. Load out asked for and received 2 separate batches of photos. Was very clear this will be 2 story house of a hoarder. Needed a FULL clean out. Crew was suppose to arrive on Tuesday 8am till 8 pm. Went thru 3 crews to get this done over a 5 day period. Crew came late and left early everyday. I had to negotiate additional funds to get job completed. Guys on the crews were all very polite and respectful. I don’t think they knew what they were getting into. Load out is basically a brokerage company and they are definitely not in sink with the workers…
