Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I canceled my order well over 24 hours in advance and they still insisted in charging me a 20% cancellation fee stating that there was no way to waive this fee I will be canceling the order and returning the product that I purchased from their partner company And letting them know that their third-party partner is charging their customers for services not rendered.
