I will never recommend your service. Poor management. Why give an arrival time when they do not arrive at that time. 3 hours later. Never again.

I rarely write reviews and give more grace than most, but I had to on this company because the experience was awful. We were cleaning out a house of a family member who passed away and we thought this would be easy. I sent my pictures in, talked to someone on the phone said I needed a morning pick up got my quote and set it thinking it would be in the morning and we could drive home (8 hrs away with no traffic). Come the day of pick up I get a message that the person coming is 3 hours away and won't be there until between 12 - 1, clearly not morning. Because they were going to be late my husband and I removed most if the stuff in the house to the garage ourselves so I went on the link to change our order thinking that since the things were now in the garage they would be part of the $800 garage clean out instead of the individual pricing for removing them from the house. That was a nightmare yo convey to the two different people contacting me and I gave up. When the guys showed up it was clear they would not be able to get everything and they said they would take one load to the local donation center and then come back. What was the point of taking the pictures except to charge more?! I thought they would send someone who would be equipped to take everything in one load. Strike 1: not a morning pick up Strike 2: awful communication trying to change my order since we moved stuff ourselves Strike 3: not being able to take things in one load. I would like to say that the two men who came were great and I explained I was not mad at them but with Load Up for their poor communication. It was not their fault and they did help us come up with a solution so that we could get on the road. Maybe I should have researched more about them and realized that they were not a local company, but you are not always thinking clearly during certain life events.

You know it’s a predatory company when they don’t give you the cancellation policy until after you’ve paid 😂 According to the tracker, they were going to arrive between 6 and 7, so I get there at around 5.30 to get things ready. I’m expecting a call soon because they call you 30 minutes in advance, right? Mind you, it’s a rental I’m vacating, so the power is off. It’s 100 degrees outside. Finally I call the company at around 6.15 and they tell me they’ll be there in 5 minutes. Great, love the communication skills displayed here. When I do arrive, I tell them it would have been nice to know they were coming, and the guy is at pains to tell me that he did text me and shows me his phone. Okay? It doesn’t even display my number, so it’s no proof he contacted ME. Whoever sets up communication between customers and employees needs to be retrained. (Yes, they had my number down correctly, I checked when I called.) While the gentleman and I are discussing this, the woman butts in and interrupts me to ask what I need done. Well, first of all, I told you on the website. You know what needs to be done, you just wanted to talk over the other individuals who are speaking. Second of all: don’t interrupt? I thought that was pretty basic customer service. This was a super easy job for them, they were done in 15 minutes, but still managed to fail every aspect.

On 7/22/25, I paid $129 to LoadUp for a junk removal service in Las Vegas (ZIP 89148) that was never delivered. Despite multiple texts confirming my refund was being processed, I have yet to receive any email confirmation or see the refund reflected on my credit card. The company outsources pickups to third-party contractors who can decline jobs at the last minute, and communication throughout was slow, vague, and unreliable. I was originally scheduled for 7/26 (8 AM–12 PM), but that was canceled. I was rescheduled for 7/27 (12 PM–4 PM), and after more stalling, no one ever showed. By 5:30 PM Sunday, I had wasted my entire weekend waiting around with no resolution and requested a full refund. I now have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to LoadUp’s continued failure to follow through. I have full documentation of the entire exchange. If you're looking for professional, timely service—look elsewhere.

Scheduled a curbside pickup and even with a 12 hour pickup window no one had been assigned. Now it's 8pm and I have try and bring everything back inside.

These guys are going to charge me 20% bc I canceled within half an hour!!! They are based in GA but use local people as subcontractors??? Very weird and sneaky 😏. I’ll be spreading the word all over the internet if they charge me!!

I was never told there was a time span in which the movers would show up. I request to start at 8:00 am. When I found out the truck was delayed an hour I called and asked if the team could come at 9:00. I was told a team wasn’t even scheduled yet, the agent said he would change the time to between 9 - 12, which I then realized they didn’t inform me they had a time frame in which to show up. If I had known this I would not have hired the company. I then cancelled the order. I was then told there would be a 50% cancellation cost even though they didn’t even have a team scheduled yet. I would give the company ZERO stars if it was an option.

If I could I would give this company a zero. We waited until 8pm for a simple job. Wanted furniture moved because we were having our wood floors refinished. NO ONE EVER CAME! Can’t trust this company. They took our money though.

Booked for Friday between 4pm-8pm - no call no show. I called them to rebook for Saturday morning between 8am-12pm - no call no show. These days and times were confirmed by them. After my fourth phone call I cancelled and asked for a refund. The communication is ridiculous and they promise what they cannot deliver. AVOID AT ALL COST. Worst company I have ever dealt with. HORRIBLE...

Loaders did not show up. Scheduled loaders for moving out of house 2 weeks on advance, when moving day came they were a no show. Communication with customer service team was horrible. Would never recommend to anyone

They left me hanging, without transportation. They cancelled my move at the last minute. I had furniture in the bed of my truck that needed to be unloaded so I could use my truck. It was important. Their excuse was they do not guarantee their service or times.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life. I scheduled a mattress disposal in the morning (8am-12pm) on July 1st, nobody contacted me in advance and nobody showed up in the end. Even on that morning I contacted the customer service and they told me that some people will show up around 10am but they didn't. I was only notified half an hour before 12pm that my order couldn't be completed, which disrupted my schedule completely and incurred extra fees for me. When I contacted the customer service, I was shocked to hear that reservation doesn't guarantee the order to be completed in that time window, and when I wanted to cancel the order because of their fault, they told me that only half of the payment can be refunded. I was totally disappointed by the solution and their attitude. I even felt that this was kind of scam because there is no contact in advance, nobody showing up, and no explanation after that and I lost half of the payment.

Movers were scheduled for today to load a pod at my home. It was the final step in my move. The pod was to be picked up tomorrow morning and I was to leave town following this pickup for the 4th of July holiday. I already paid up front for this move. It's now 9 pm. No movers ever showed up. No phone call to cancel. When I called in to Load up, I was placed on hold, where I stayed for approx ten minutes. As I waited, the call was disconnected. When I tried calling again, the call immediately went to a recorded message. I called in 3 times just to verify my appointment. Each time I was assured they would be arriving at scheduled time. Had they told me earlier I could have scheduled with another company. Because the movers never showed, I had to reschedule the pod pickup to a later time. Because of the holiday, they had no availability until Monday to pick up the pod, due to the holiday on Friday. This is causing a great inconvenience to my neighbors who only agreed to the placement of this pod with the understanding that it would only be in place for less than 48 hours. It will now be an additional 96 hours before it is picked up.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I scheduled a pickup for today, the pickup was confirmed for 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM. No one showed AND absolutely NO information was given to me. I called 5 times and FINALLY heard back at 11:15, only to be told that they had to push the window back to 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, despite the storms in the area. I still have absolutely NO INFORMATION from the company. When I asked for a direct number to call, I was given the customer support line, which leads to a voicemail. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THEM

I scheduled my pick up days in advance for 8am - 12 pm pickup. I had not heard anything by 11:15 so I called the company for update and went straight to voicemail. Had to call back again and told me they didn’t have a team assigned yet. Wish I booked a different company instead.

Their website states that they’re “RELIABLE & STRESS FREE”…… that’s incorrect!!! I reserved LoadUp unloaders to unload my fully loaded 15 ft Uhaul truck into a storage unit. After my daughter and I drove 12 hours from another state, she driving the Uhaul and I drove my SUV. We were totally exhausted but we were happy that we had a 12p-4p slot for the loaders to meet us at the Uhaul storage unit. I called them at 2pm when we arrived to get an ETA, LoadUp stated that they would call me with the ETA. They did not call, THEY TEXTED ME at 3:30, and stated unfortunately they would not be able to make it. We were devastated because we did not have anywhere to leave the loaded truck. It was 95 degrees that day. I am 70 years old female and my daughter and I had to unload the truck ourselves. Crazy, Uhaul asked me to call the Uhaul 1-800 number and have them removed from their referral list, they thought this was acceptable as well. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Worst experience I ever had with a company! the salesmen promise you the world but the service is horrendous! Spent so much time and money and the job was still not completed ! My husband spent 3 hours getting the rest of the stuff that they were suppose to take out of the house! Horrible customer service! Stay away!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I canceled my order well over 24 hours in advance and they still insisted in charging me a 20% cancellation fee stating that there was no way to waive this fee I will be canceling the order and returning the product that I purchased from their partner company And letting them know that their third-party partner is charging their customers for services not rendered.
