The person who came to take my mattress and topper was very nice, polite and did a great job. However I chose a date and time to pick up these items . No one came between 8-12pm as I asked. When I called, a machine said that they will search for another driver and was it okay to extend the pick-up time till 8pm. I wanted the items gone so wasting my whole day I guess was not okay but what else can you do. Then at 7:30pm someone arrived. This system of finding drivers to do the job on the day requested is absurd. There must be a better way.

I asked for my stuff to be donated. Most of it still in there original boxes. First time a team came out they had a trailer that was covered with spilled paint. Obviously they were going to the dump. I did not accept those loaders. So load up sent new drivers out who specialize in sorting and donating or recycling. I worked next to Chris and Frank during the project and got to speak with them. They were awesome and they are the reason this went to 4 star. Also customer service was willing to send a new team so that was very helpful as they understood the situation. If they had sent me Chris and Frank the first time, hands down, 5/5!

They texted a day ahead of scheduled delivery to let me know there was opportunity for an earlier date if I wanted. This was much appreciated. Communication throughout the day was good and names of drivers and phone numbers shared. Service was efficient.

We got off with a questionable experience, meaning with the time they were to be here, but once they got here, Devin the loader with his partner were totally awesome, got it all loaded, being courteous and professional with the job! Thanks guys, Mary

LoadUp customer service was very helpful in scheduling my order. The only issue I had was that on the day of my pick up, I noticed that my price went up $10 due to an area service fee increase. Other than that, I had a good experience. My loaders were amazing. They arrived within my scheduled time, were kind, respectful, and professional They were very careful bringing down the furniture from the second floor. Overall, good experience.

LoadUp is a convenient and fast way to get a local moving team to help you out! Arturo was the local provider that helped me out - fast, caring and efficient service - kudos. If you use pictures to send to load up of your items, make sure you look carefully through their summary of items before booking. They missed some of the items in the pictures which confused the local provider and delayed the process, but LoadUp was able to solve the problem - bravo !

My only complaint is that some things around the stairway was a bit damaged. Other than that, GREAT.

It was very easy to set up and the customer service is great. Not a 5 for two reasons: 1- Driver was late and didn’t call, and 2- I maybe foolishly believed that they try to donate stuff, but the driver told me it was going straight to the dump. (This was large furniture in New York City— might be different elsewhere)

I would have given you a five except the loaders had to come out two times because the first set of loaders didn’t have any tools and it took tools to take the treadmill apart. I received a personal call from your company who alerted one of their teams that were out on the road to come out and pick the treadmill up which they did and I was very appreciative and I would definitely recommend you guys now that I know about you.

The delivery person who came to picked up a matress was acted like a program-robot, the way I felt. I had a small wooden bookshelf, 13" x 30" small bookshelf on top of a shelf. It was out of my reach with my height. I asked this tall guy, if he could move it to the desk next to where I could reach, but he couldn't do it. It's light and it would only took less than a few seconds to do it. Either this person or the company, they seemed running the business under severe restricted rules with a zero room for humanity.

Firstly, the gentleman who showed up was friendly and helpful. However, he was by himself and just about not able to load, w/no ramp, a bigger and more awkward item. Without a ramp, he should have had a second person. I saw the name Katie as the driver and thought he might have someone else with him. In the end he did a great job and I am happy to have that stuff gone! :-)

Pick-up was scheduled between 8 - noon. Didn't arrive until 7pm. Aside from that, everything was great. William and Tony were the best.

We had very good communication and knew when they were coming. They were good at setting up our new bed and taking away all the boxes and wrapping etc. We would definitely use them again.

James, the person who made the delivery was great! 5 stars. But the person this morning between 8-12 didn't show up! I could tell that Bernard at Customer Svc worked hard to get someone to do the delivery. I’m glad I got the bed even if it came at 6pm. Thanks James for taking extra the job.

The day of delivery went just fine, Slik did an excellent job. But delivery was supposed to be the Saturday before and it got cancelled at the last minute because you couldn't make arrangements for a deliveryman, after I waited around all afternoon. So a good, not a very good.
