“Sign up was easy, payment was easy, and the guys were on time. I was at first told my loveseats were going to the dump, which was upsetting. The older driver then corrected and told me they were delivering to a charity. It would be really very nice to know that this is what happened and to know which charity. That would be a really nice way to follow up. I would have given five stars but for that incident. I picked your company because you emphasized sustainability and repurposing and because This Old House did a good review.”

“Missed on the first scheduled pickup time but they were cooperative about sending a 2nd guy later that day. Francisco was polite and got us taken care of.”

“I'd like to rate this interaction "Very Good", but it wasn't quite there. I got my on the way notice (via e-mail) about 30 minutes before the team's arrival. Leroy called me me one minute before noon (which was the end of the window). I removed an outside door to make removal of items easier. The team worked quickly, and efficiently, taking about 45-50 min to remove three appliances and load them on their truck. They had to do some refrigerator disassembly to remove it, though there was still some minor scraping of paint off the door frame. The team was polite and focused. They left without giving me a chance to tip. The only downside of the event would have been if I needed the operation to be complete by noon. Guess I should have read the fine print. I did try the "talk to your driver number" It connected me to LoadUp central, which after slogging through the menus told me to look up my drivers arrival on line. (I had already done that, all the web site said was "driver on the way"). Shorty after my second attempt, I heard from Leroy. I would probably use LoadUp again, understanding better how it works.”

“Was pleased with service and so convenient with the online scheduler. Was able to have someone pick up my old couch the next day. Only thing was they came a lot earlier than the window time frame requested. So I had to rush home to meet them. Other than that I am looking forward to using their service again.”

“The two men that came out did a great job with getting the furniture removed. The only thing I didn't care for was not knocking and walking into my home, and when they had to saw my dresser they left a mess. Other than that they got the job done!”

“The two who showed up were not late, as per our reserved slot, but had given to understand, by text, that they might arrive earlier. They didn't. They barely made the agreed upon schedule. But, once here, they worked quickly and efficiently and were gone within 20 minutes. Also, very polite. They could certainly use an improved ability in English (but that might be true of most gig workers in NYC.) Anyway, no complaints. Many thanks!”

“Your employees that arrived were very good and professional. Only complaint is the time of arrival. Was scheduled for between 12 to 4 but didn't arrive until 7 PM. They did advise 2 times with estimates, but the estimate of arrival was not very good. Bottom line they did an excellent job.”

“Loaders came right on time and did a great job. Email communication from LoadUp was very helpful, but I wish the loaders had had a checklist of the items I had promised. I forgot to give them one item, which was my mistake but would have been avoided if they’d worked from a checklist.”

“I was initially dismayed when I was told that my pickup what happen between 8:00 am and 8 pm which meant that I might spend the entire day waiting for it. Instead, my loader contacted me at 10:30 am to say that he would arrive soon. He kept in good communication with me and arrived a short time later. The pickup was efficient, and I was left with the remainder of the day for my other tasks.”

“Would rather in this day that an expected window for pickup is something far less ambiguous than 8am-8pm I would think you should be able to provide 2 hour or even 4 hour windows Aside from that both the price and the service where great and I will absolutely use load up again if needed”

“He was on time & courteous I would have given a five but there was only one guy to pick up a good sized sofa. Did not mind assisting but @ 68 yrs old I have a fear of getting injured. Afterwards I felt good that I was able to assist”

“I had an old sofa sleeper, which needed to be disposed of. Thanks to Load Up it’s now gone. Good experience, scheduling was on time and picked up in my driveway. I would certainly do it again if needed.”

“there was a change in my pick up time due to a mix up by your agent that made me rush back home earlier than the scheduled time. However they did not arrive on time and eventually picked up my mattresses within the time that was first scheduled. However the pick up was made very smoothly.”

“Very easy - booked prior day; was able to coordinate with the loader as he ended up coming later than we had planned, but I could leave the items outside and he left me a tax deduction form.”
