Missed out on the 5th star because nobody asked about stairs when I was booking the pickup, and it cost an extra $20 afterwards for 2 flights of stairs. Other than that, no complaints. Booking was easy. Michael (the driver) communicated really well. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I would definitely use the service again, just would ask about extra charges!

Great service when moving and clearing out things. A bit pricey, I thought, but I liked that they will pickup paints, which saved me a lot of time during a busy move.

The loaders were not reachable.not even the main office could reach them.

Very good price. The movers were great. My issue- miscommunication through the app. My text/email received delivery day included the driver, his number & my pick up time 12-4, however it also stated your driver is on the way. I tried the number 3x it went to VM each time. I called customer service they could not reach the driver but reassured me that my items would be taken between 12-4. The workers arrived as scheduled but I did not receive a call 30 minutes ahead as stated in the app.

We were pleased with the process to set up the appointment and the job the loaders did. The only thing that could be improved is the communication from the loader. He texted me at 1:30 to say he was outside my house. He wasn’t. I called several times and he eventually picked up. He texted me by mistake. They finally showed up at 3 pm. He never texted to say he was on his way before he arrived.

The team that came was amazing. They were professional, polite and I have no complaints. However they came with a truck and trailer no ID on it. I told the booking gentleman that I didn’t think it would be big enough. I probably would have let them take more, but they couldn’t get anymore on the trailer

Everything went well, however could do a little better job of communication of when loader would arrive, did not get notification of arrival until after loader arrived and loaded the items into the vehicle.

Sign up was easy, payment was easy, and the guys were on time. I was at first told my loveseats were going to the dump, which was upsetting. The older driver then corrected and told me they were delivering to a charity. It would be really very nice to know that this is what happened and to know which charity. That would be a really nice way to follow up. I would have given five stars but for that incident. I picked your company because you emphasized sustainability and repurposing and because This Old House did a good review.

Missed on the first scheduled pickup time but they were cooperative about sending a 2nd guy later that day. Francisco was polite and got us taken care of.

I'd like to rate this interaction "Very Good", but it wasn't quite there. I got my on the way notice (via e-mail) about 30 minutes before the team's arrival. Leroy called me me one minute before noon (which was the end of the window). I removed an outside door to make removal of items easier. The team worked quickly, and efficiently, taking about 45-50 min to remove three appliances and load them on their truck. They had to do some refrigerator disassembly to remove it, though there was still some minor scraping of paint off the door frame. The team was polite and focused. They left without giving me a chance to tip. The only downside of the event would have been if I needed the operation to be complete by noon. Guess I should have read the fine print. I did try the "talk to your driver number" It connected me to LoadUp central, which after slogging through the menus told me to look up my drivers arrival on line. (I had already done that, all the web site said was "driver on the way"). Shorty after my second attempt, I heard from Leroy. I would probably use LoadUp again, understanding better how it works.

Was pleased with service and so convenient with the online scheduler. Was able to have someone pick up my old couch the next day. Only thing was they came a lot earlier than the window time frame requested. So I had to rush home to meet them. Other than that I am looking forward to using their service again.

Although there were some glitches initially with the pick-up, the customer service team did an excellent job in following up immediately and resolving the issue promptly. Good service overall.
