Vincent was very nice and competent. I give him 5 stars. As for the company, they didn't tell him what the job was. He was expecting to assemble and install my bed whereas it was only a simple repair. He was not experienced with the equipment but when I explained what the problem was he traced out the wires and quickly found the problem. The original crew did not completely insert the plug for the bottom motor. Vincent examined the situation and firmly installed the plug and everything is working correctly. Thank you Vincent. I'll never buy a large piece of furniture on the Internet again. Avocado you may have a really nice bed but your customer service sucks. And Load Up, I suspect you didn't get the proper information from Avocado so I give you good for accomplishing the task without proper instruction.

Removed our large entertainment center from 2nd floor without any issues. Took off one star because the guys walked in our house with dirty boots.

The driver, Taion, was as nice as he could be. Took a long time to get here but finally made it. He showed up by himself and had only a small square dolly (not an upright hand truck) but was extremely careful and maneuvered the full-size refrigerator out of the kitchen into the garage and into his trailer! I was fearing disaster throughout but Taion was a hero! Still, LoadUp should have sent a helper.

I was expecting a driver between 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Apparently, a driver was not available until after 7 p.m. Anthony agreed to come all the way from Oakland to Santa Rosa. He arrived at 9 p.m.; he paid attention to my instructions and was quick in removing the four bookshelves. I am grateful that it was accomplished in the same day. Thank you, Anthony.

Scheduled for a pickup of a mattress and bed frame. Received a text about 45 minutes before arrival. Barely made it at the end of the 4 hour window. Good service at a decent price.

I was skeptical on using this company due to the mixed reviews, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Had a commercial grade treadmill to remove and two guys showed up within the selected time frame. A text showed when the driver was enroute. They removed the treadmill no problem and were very professional. The only thing that didn't occur as stated is the call prior to arrival, but other than that...I would use them again!

The men were courteous, task oriented and prompt, they said they had tried to call, but my roommate wasn't picking up. When I had made the appointment, I said I got out of work at 6:30. I Did get out at 6:10. So the only thing to improve service would be able to communicate it to the drivers. I had called earlier today, and left my #

The gentlemen were polite and efficient. The only issue is coming to the door without masks. I appreciate that they did so when I asked, but why would anyone have to be asked right now? Thank you.

Joquim and Brigitte were exemplary in their ability to move a piano under difficult circumstances. They are courteous and work well together. I will request them in the future should the need arise. LoadUp itself needs better matching crews to type of load.

Only issue is that a better time frame given at start of day and you can speak with a person if you have a ? And not have to go thru the schedule prompt

My loaders were great and fast! The reason this review is 4 stars not 5 is that they arrived outside the stated time-frame stated, and the company never called to warn me.

The pricing was reasonable and they didn’t change things on me day of like a competitor did. They took longer to arrive than I hoped, but once they were here were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Customer service people are quick to respond both by phone and email. Only issue was the first day the mattress pick up was scheduled the loader's truck had a problem. The next scheduling worked fine. I was given the driver's name and phone number. He kept me updated as to his ETA. Three people came and within 20 minutes removed both the box springs and mattresses. Courteous and well spoken.

This is a copy of letter I sent to PlushBeds following the pickup of my mattress for return to the company on Wednesday, February 24th. “As scheduled, my PlushBeds Botanical Bliss mattress was picked up by a Hauler on Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to give you feedback on that experience. Even though I rated the overall experience as a 5, and stated the reason being “fast and efficient”, I was actually appalled at the lack of care demonstrated. I made every effort to protect the mattress and keep it in pristine, very clean condition, as clean as it was coming out of the box and plastic wrap, with your mattress protector, a very thick plush mattress pad, and hospital type incontinent pads for extra insurance. The hauler manhandled the entire mattress, folding it half, and bumping my pristine fine hickory wood bed frame against the nightstands and a large wooden blanket chest at the foot of the bed. When that didn’t work, I suggested he unzip the cover, and remove the latex layers one at a time, which he did, and placed as they were in the bed of his open pickup truck. The bottom layer with cover he rolled up outside in, and tossed in the truck bed. Nothing was boxed, covered, protected, in any way, so I’m sure will be covered in filth on arrival. It saddens me that a bed costing so much and used for just 99 days, was handled with such disregard, after I took such great care to return it in as new a condition as when I received it. It seemed to me that it is headed to the rubbish pile, and that creates great distress on such waste, and completely out of the realm of my control. It seems that the company would take better return shipping measures to protect their product, and be able to resell it in pristine condition.”

Scheduling for pickup was easy and quick. The company stayed in communication with me when they were en route and picked up my items with no trouble. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Originally scheduled between 12 and 4 pm on Thursday to pick up and dispose of heavy television and tv stand. Heard nothing from the assigned driver, so I called at 4 pm. Driver was unfamiliar with our house as a customer and said that he would call with ETA after getting to his next stop. Nothing further from this driver. Called at 5:30 pm and left a voice mail message. No response. At 6 pm I called LoadUp. Morgan tried to contact driver with no success, so she rescheduled project with a different driver for 8 am to noon slot Friday. New driver called this morning about 7 am saying he was about one hour out. They showed on time and within 15 minutes, they completed their assignment. Good recovery by Morgan of LoadUp.
