“I have issue with the scheduling with Helix HOWEVER when it finally took place The service by Benjamin and Jack in Fort Collins Co was a 5 out of 5. They were utterly marvelous, professional and kind. Two fine men of whom you should be proud. My thanks to them and to you for hiring such men.”

“Service was quick. I asked a few times and couldn’t get an exact or narrowed down ETA, though, which was a problem to lining other appointments up. Only after the third time asking, I was told they were five minutes away.”

“Good service but the claim to be eco friendly seems to be untrue for mattresses as I was told by the driver that my mine would just go into a landfill.”

“The process to schedule was easy and the loader did communicate well with me. The two ladies that showed up to remove my sofa had a little trouble getting it down the stairs and left a few scuff marks on my walls. I was able to get the scuff marks off. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again.”

“The first confirmed appt with a Window time of 12:00-4:00 was quite disappointing as the driver ran behind but did not communicate with me. I first sent a text to check on time which got no response. Then an hour later a phone call at 2:45. The driver then told me he probably won’t make the time. It took me to call him and would not have known . Unprofessional as I had to pay ahead for the service. Wasted 4 hours of my time waiting which is disrespectful and only takes communication. New appt was made for the following day and the guys got the job done. Customer service set that up and gave them a second chance. Will have to really think about using them again.”

“Everything was perfect but they came an hour later than the agreed upon window of 8 am-12 pm. They came at 1 pm which impacted other plans I had for the day including my work schedule. However, they were courteous and quick which was very helpful under the circumstances and I only booked the pick up the day before. I would definitely use Loadup services again.”

“The only two complaints I have was waiting for the men to arrive to take the desk, that took a long time. and that when they had to move my dresser by the door and took off the security string that is for safety for children and not use a screw driver. that was the only issues. but other than that thank you.”

“The truck that came was a bit too small for the bed frame but Michael made it work. Michael on the other hand was incredible, very kind, and helpful and I'm glad to have met him!”

“The guys did well in removing all of my unwanted stuff. Brandon who looked very exhausted did most of the job because two other guys came in late. Service was good and customer service was great in assisting me throughout the process.”

“Samuel very nice and helpful. Don’t expect that BOTH mattress and box spring will be picked up unless you bought TWO mattresses. That was a surprise. And make sure they have correct phone #! They were using old #from BB&B so we missed the first call. Very convenient system otherwise.”

“4.5/5. Team Emily was courteous and fast with loading the furniture onto their trailer. Please have some sort of identification on the truck to let clients know when you've arrived. I also like that they donate the furniture when possible.”
