“The two men that came out did a great job with getting the furniture removed. The only thing I didn't care for was not knocking and walking into my home, and when they had to saw my dresser they left a mess. Other than that they got the job done!”

“The two who showed up were not late, as per our reserved slot, but had given to understand, by text, that they might arrive earlier. They didn't. They barely made the agreed upon schedule. But, once here, they worked quickly and efficiently and were gone within 20 minutes. Also, very polite. They could certainly use an improved ability in English (but that might be true of most gig workers in NYC.) Anyway, no complaints. Many thanks!”

“Your employees that arrived were very good and professional. Only complaint is the time of arrival. Was scheduled for between 12 to 4 but didn't arrive until 7 PM. They did advise 2 times with estimates, but the estimate of arrival was not very good. Bottom line they did an excellent job.”

“Loaders came right on time and did a great job. Email communication from LoadUp was very helpful, but I wish the loaders had had a checklist of the items I had promised. I forgot to give them one item, which was my mistake but would have been avoided if they’d worked from a checklist.”

“I was initially dismayed when I was told that my pickup what happen between 8:00 am and 8 pm which meant that I might spend the entire day waiting for it. Instead, my loader contacted me at 10:30 am to say that he would arrive soon. He kept in good communication with me and arrived a short time later. The pickup was efficient, and I was left with the remainder of the day for my other tasks.”

“Would rather in this day that an expected window for pickup is something far less ambiguous than 8am-8pm I would think you should be able to provide 2 hour or even 4 hour windows Aside from that both the price and the service where great and I will absolutely use load up again if needed”

“He was on time & courteous I would have given a five but there was only one guy to pick up a good sized sofa. Did not mind assisting but @ 68 yrs old I have a fear of getting injured. Afterwards I felt good that I was able to assist”

“I had an old sofa sleeper, which needed to be disposed of. Thanks to Load Up it’s now gone. Good experience, scheduling was on time and picked up in my driveway. I would certainly do it again if needed.”

“there was a change in my pick up time due to a mix up by your agent that made me rush back home earlier than the scheduled time. However they did not arrive on time and eventually picked up my mattresses within the time that was first scheduled. However the pick up was made very smoothly.”

“Very easy - booked prior day; was able to coordinate with the loader as he ended up coming later than we had planned, but I could leave the items outside and he left me a tax deduction form.”

“I have issue with the scheduling with Helix HOWEVER when it finally took place The service by Benjamin and Jack in Fort Collins Co was a 5 out of 5. They were utterly marvelous, professional and kind. Two fine men of whom you should be proud. My thanks to them and to you for hiring such men.”

“Service was quick. I asked a few times and couldn’t get an exact or narrowed down ETA, though, which was a problem to lining other appointments up. Only after the third time asking, I was told they were five minutes away.”

“The process to schedule was easy and the loader did communicate well with me. The two ladies that showed up to remove my sofa had a little trouble getting it down the stairs and left a few scuff marks on my walls. I was able to get the scuff marks off. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again.”

“The first confirmed appt with a Window time of 12:00-4:00 was quite disappointing as the driver ran behind but did not communicate with me. I first sent a text to check on time which got no response. Then an hour later a phone call at 2:45. The driver then told me he probably won’t make the time. It took me to call him and would not have known . Unprofessional as I had to pay ahead for the service. Wasted 4 hours of my time waiting which is disrespectful and only takes communication. New appt was made for the following day and the guys got the job done. Customer service set that up and gave them a second chance. Will have to really think about using them again.”
