Let me say that Tony and Lee were great. They were professional, worked really hard on a very difficult moved and were able to complete the job. My only issue is the business model of the company. The idea is great, but execution isn't there yet. If you have movers that are running behind because they are busy at a job, it should not be on them to communicate their status. Whenever I deal with contractors that give windows of time, there is usually a reception that communicates how close they are to the schedule. In this case there wasn't any communication until I was able to talk to the movers. This could have easily been handled earlier on by a receptionist. Just an idea, but overall I was happy with how everything turned out.

Rating would have been five stars except for the fact that I waited for four hours in the time window stated, and they weren’t going to get here for an hour and a half after that. However, they came again the following morning.

Expected 2 men to carry furniture out the door. Instead the one driver spent 30 minutes breaking down the furniture into pieces. We supplied a tarp to contain the debris.

I was very pleased with the pickup associates. I thought the price was a bit too high that's why I rated it a 4. I am committed to keeping things out of the landfill so I paid the.price. But I think the price is inflated by 20%.

First thing, I was sent email stating Nicole was the driver arriving at my home. It was not her. A young fellow along with another young adolescent arrived thinking he was taking a bed away instead of assembling one. Other than confusion of that he didn't know how to assemble so I had to play the video I received from Ghost Bed showing him. Not a big deal. He put it together. He was very professional & a nice young man. I felt bad for him since I found out he had to come all the way from NY! I assumed he would be coming from King of Prussia since that's where I called. It was a foggy day and poor guy had to drive from NY for this. I would recommend in the future you prepare your schedules better and make sure your drivers know what the job is they're doing.

I recommend that all LoadUp vehicles be clearly marked with signage or at the least a door magnet. My neighbors were concerned when two guys in a truck picked up my return, they were concerned it was being stolen.

The customer service rep (extremely nice and helpful to get us moved up) didn't prepare the loader for the job but we got it done. 5 Stars for Linda and crew. Would have charged less than $400 for how it was coordinated. Linda, Scott & Michael - Excellent work!

The guys were professional and knew shat they were doing. Our window for arrival was noon to 4 pm, however they did not get to our house until 7 pm. They did keep us informed of the delay.

Showed up in a timely manner. One guy in a pickup pulling a trailer, to pick up a CA King mattress.

Overall this was an easy and fruitful experience. Had an old, metal swing set in the backyard that needed to go and these folks where the few who would disassemble and remove at a really good price. The only part that could have improved was scheduling - they rescheduled three times, but heck, they got the job done eventually so I really can't complain! Would absolutely work with them again!

The man and his son arrived on time with an open trailer behind their vehicle. They were prompt and polite. However, Load Up is misleading in that their website shows men in Load Up shirts loading up. That is not how these guy were dressed, especially their footwear. All I could see was them dropping the item on those flimsy shoes. In addition, they had no equipment to lift assist and they had some difficulty removing the item from my home. My main concern was with the young man who turned out to be the son of the driver. The kid was strong but not a muscle man and I was very concerned one or both of them were going to get hurt the way they struggled with my item. Load Up told me they vetted their people but I doubt the kid was vetted. His dad said he had to go to school for awhile before they picked up their next load. I don't know if that was high school or college, my guess is high school. If so, I certainly don't think a minor should be moving heavy furniture. They said they would likely donate my item since it was so nice and that was what I wanted but they brought nothing to pad or wrap the item so I ended up giving them the throws I had covered the doors of the item with. That said, the item was picked up on time, nothing was damaged, they were polite and no one was hurt. I will think twice before I use load up again. These guys were nice but I can tell these are not real movers just people with a vehicle that take away stuff. That means anyone could show up at your door regardless of LoadUps vetting.
