The guy that came to pick up was very friendly but he only brought with him a pickup truck. I got several emails from loadup saying I can add more items to be hauled away. I was disappointed that I paid so much but couldn't add more items. I did not find the price worth it, very expensive to just fill up a pickup truck.

Service was questionable. LoadUp could not honor the time they promised as they source out the job to independent contractors. They did their best, but there is a disconnect between sales/scheduling and fulfillment. Trying to connect orders to contractors should take place when the order is placed, not the day of. I had to cancel an appointment because they were unsure if they could find someone to do the pickup. The independent contractor who picked up the order was great though!

The 2-man loading team was very nice and professional, but they were not given adequate equipment to move an upright piano. The only dolly that they had, had a broken wheel on it and it put approximately a 3' scratch in my wood flooring in the living room. They struggled with the piano for close to an hour, from my sunroom to their trailor. I felt soooo sorry for them, they should have been equipped with the right working equipment to move such a heavy piece. I have my house on the market and told them they need to be careful of the flooring (whole house is wood flooring) and please keep in mind, I don't blame the guys, I blame their company for not providing the equipment they needed. I do not recommend this company, and I know they probably won't address this issue anyway.

I am happy with the furniture taken from the front of the house, and the first room and the small room - granted I was working with them. The last larger room,. I went up to look at and close a window, and a lot of stuff that I had said was to go is still there. Granted I don't see how they got all of the stuff on their truck / trailer. But in particular one item was a file cabinet that I told them they'd probably have to empty out. I'm afraid it's going to fall through a weak place in the floor onto my hot water heater.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled a junk removal appointment and they didn’t show up at the agreed-upon time. They rescheduled for the next morning, but once again failed to arrive when promised—finally showing up close to 8 p.m. that evening. I understand delays can happen, but there was little communication or accountability throughout the process. The crew was polite once they arrived, but the lack of reliability made the overall experience frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a company that values punctuality and clear communication.

Don’t use this service as they were 3 1/2 hours late did not send me two men. They sent me a man and a woman to move heavy equipment, and a furniture

Crew needs some training. One of them was reeking smoke/weed smell. Walked in straight with shoes on.

Easy to book, competitive price…..but no show at designated 8-12 pm timeframe. Then advised before 4 pm….then by 8 pm. Ended up taking a day off of work only to have no pickup. Very disappointing but now realize LoadUp is like an Uber who just hires local contractors that may, or may not, show up.

Driver was over 20 minutes past the 4-8pm window. I moved my mattress outside my self since they were so late so I could set up my new on. A 4 hour window is a long time and coming after the timeframe was not what I was expecting

Order picked up and loaded in very dirty pickup truck, not a "company truck", by young girl in jeans, no Load up logo on anything..very unprofessional, very Sketchy! Truck had Nebraska tag covered with dirt; I took pictures to forward to Sharetown and Resident Home, as well as KS Attorney General to attach to complaint filed last week (This is an active case). If not a legitimate company and I don't get my refund, I will post on Facebook warning people not to purchase ANYTHING from that company, which will affect your company as well!!

My original window was 7-8 pm. I got a text that they were on their way at 6:09 pm, and then they didn’t show up until 8:40 pm. They said there was an accident that slowed them down. I called at 8:10 because I hadn’t heard anything from them and they said they were a few minutes away, and still didn’t show up for 30 minutes. They didn’t seem super prepared or professional. It was overall a very frustrating experience.

My pick up window was 8-12 in the morning. i had 11 items and book the appointment a week ahead of time. First contact was 9:30am when i reached out to them, their estimate was 12 noon. At 1:30pm i reach out again and they said 2-3pm. They showed up at 2:20. I wasted a whole day sitting at home for them to come. Not happy at all. I had all items in my garage for them. I can't imagine giving them more business unless you just have to have mattress disposed of.

They were nice enough guys but clearly not professional movers. They had a hard time getting furniture out and had to take it apart (we got it in without needing to do that). In the process they scratched the door jam and wall in the house in several spots. They also left deeper marks in several areas by the door. We cleaned it up but will need to do touch up painting.

We paid $180 for removal and set up of a king size mattress. You sent one man for an obvious 2 man job. Therefore to make this happen my 67 year old husband had to help remove and set up the new mattress. Maybe the loader could have done it himself, but, it would have meant dragging the mattress and would have scratched our new hardwood floors. And that would have been a disaster. Disappointing.

Crew was inexperienced and did not know how to handle a problem with the order when it was unpacked. Box spring was defective and crew did not know how to address the issue. Crew was not equipped with shoe covers and it was raining outside.

Although the two men who came to move a heavy upright piano were courteous, they were unable to perform the task without the help of my husband's assistance and additional supplies. We had clearly communicated the size and weight of the piano when we set up our appointment; at the very least, three men should have been assigned to this task - and had additional supplies to aid in moving this large, heavy item. After contacting customer service, I was offered a small refund but felt it should have been a third of the cost since my husband was the third helper. The goal of removing the piano was met (somewhat safely - our hardwood floor suffered scratches), but I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the communication aspect- as this issue could have been easily resolved.
