I want to thank Michael for getting the job done. However it's a shame that I the customer had to help move my old mattress. LoadUp, you sent one man with a pickup truck and a hand truck to pickup a King Size Purple Mattress. Those Purple Mattresses are extremely heavy and flopping. It was impossible for him to do alone without causing damage to my property. To get the job done I was force to help him. Smh. That's not what I paid for. My New Big Fig Mattress better be great because now my back hurts.

They said they would deliver between 8 and noon. Showed up at 4:15. The guys were great but I wasted a day waiting.

I was given an 8 to 12 pickup slot. At 11:30 I called loader to verify. He said he was 55 miles away and be at my house at 12:30. He arrived at 12:40. He never bothered to call me and say he was running late. Not acceptable.

Very disappointed. Did not want to bring a twin bed down the stairs without extra compensation. My daughter and I brought it down and put it beside their truck. We were charged $65 for that. Also wanted $100 to undo a few screws to remove a desk top to be able to move it. We undid most of the screws as well. All in all, a very expensive option.

The service was easy to book online and prices were fair. However, the service was poor. The gentlemen that came rested the sofa on our landscaping lights. When my husband told them they were on it, the guy responded it doesn’t matter. They broke our security sign and a high pitched sound device to keep cats away. So, the cost of the service was more in order to replace broken items because they were careless.

They are driving me absolutely insane. The service was fine, but they call, text and email me multiple times a day asking me "how they did" and I've asked them to please stop contacting me after I told them the service was fine. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF G-D STOP CONTACTING ME.

Supposed to arrive between 8am and Noon. Wasted my whole day. They finally arrived at 5:30pm. No apologies nothing.

My loaders were not prepared with tools when my order stated I needed disassembly. They instead asked for a tip to break the piece apart. The loaders left gouges in my hallway and stairwell that my landlord is mad about. I told the loaders they could come back with the tools they needed and they told me to take it up with the company and then left.

I never take the time to leave reviews, but this was such a hassle, I feel a civic duty to warn others. The time windows and dates they give are a total joke. It cost $120 to get them to come and take a queen size mattress and involved waiting around for two full days at home, and at the end of the second day, they wanted to postpone to another day yet again.

I am so disappointed they did not put the foundation in our existing iron bed frame that I believe would have fit, queen to queen. We are sleeping inches from the floor, like during our college years.

Confirmed my appointment but never kept to the window of service pick up not once but TWICE and wanted to reschedule my service pick up for a THIRD TIME AS A NEW CUSTOMER. Not happy at all.

They charged me $200 to move a medium sized box of junk. They said most it was due to fees they charge. I won't be using them again.

The loaders left several scratches and dents on several walls in my house. They did not use any moving tools at all like other companies do where they would wrap the furnitures before moving them around. They just literally moved the items themselves, and because these were heavy furniture, they struggled and left those damages in the wall. I had to clean them up and while I was able to fix the scratches, the dents are not something I can fix myself. They also said they were coming between 10:30 and 11:00 and they arrived 11:30 so while I understand I was given a 4-hour window, when I have direct contact with the loader who gives me a time, I am expecting them at that time. Also you send way too many notifications, one saying the service is completed when the loaders haven’t even arrived yet! Surprised with the quality of service really considering all the good reviews. I used another service before with no problems like this (they were so careful with everything and packed everything before moving them downstairs where movers usually struggle) and I regret not using them again. I emailed their customer support who only offered a discount on my next order, but with this experience, why would I do business with them again? And when I responded how their offered "remedy" would fix the dents on the wall, they sent me to fill out a form and repeatedly distanced themselves from the service and pointed to the "independent contractors" over and over. 😑

I wasn’t able to answer phone when driver called to confirm pickup. Driver cancelled the pickup and did not communicate this. When no one showed up I contacted customer service. The agent apologized and scheduled for next day pickup and promised to take 10% off charges for the inconvenience. The pickup was in late May and I have followed up twice when the discount credit did not show up. Both times I was promised that the credit would be sent in 3 business days. That was over two weeks ago and still have not received credit

Still waiting for promised credit. Driver cancelled delivery when I wasn’t able to answer his phone call to confirm pickup. He did not leave a voice mail message. Did not communicate cancellation. Load up apologized and gave me a 10% credit and a next day pickup. Have been waiting for this credit since end of May. Told twice by Loadup credit would be processed.

Load up says sit back and we do the work…. 1 guy shows up to carry a couch out of my house. He is very nice and polite. I had to be the #2 employee and help carry the couch out. I got offered 25% off for that. I should have got 50% for being # 2. Change your motto of sit back and we do the work. More like we show up and you help. 😳🫣🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

My mattress and box springs were to be picked up between 12:00 and 4:00 PM Eastern. They arrived at 5:48 PM, which was a problem for me. I had scheduled for someone to come and set up my new bedroom set at 4:15. As your team arrived so late, the company that was setting up my new bedroom set had to move the mattress and box springs to my living room. I contacted the company when they didn't arrive at 4:00 PM and no one ever responded to me as promised. So, to all out there, if you expect this company to arrive when they promised they would, you will be very disappointed. I feel I should get a refund as I had to have someone else do part of their job. Don't call them.

No show when scheduled, impossible to get in touch with driver; they gave me an out of operation number. On the reschedule, there was still zero communication & the driver showed up at a time when I explicitly said I was unavailable during the rescheduling process, which was very inconvenient because I was forced to accommodate just to get it done. Poor execution and organization on their end.
