Disappointed experience. I did everything asked and had a window from 12:00 to 4 for the pickup. Finally after phone calls and messages found out that the team originally given to do the job was changed and job was not done until 7:30. There was poor communication within the company and none with me. Kept getting “ so sorry for the inconvenience “. I spent money for this inconvenience. Which is lip service as my father used to say.
