Very disappointed. Did not want to bring a twin bed down the stairs without extra compensation. My daughter and I brought it down and put it beside their truck. We were charged $65 for that. Also wanted $100 to undo a few screws to remove a desk top to be able to move it. We undid most of the screws as well.
All in all, a very expensive option.
