“Gentlemen showed up in a timely manner and removed the very large and heavy sub zero refrigerator. They showed great care and concern for our floors. My only minor concern was I would have preferred a heavier duty dolly for such a large item. That said they didn’t shy away from the task as did the box store delivery guys.”

“Easy to make an appointment, the communication was excellent. The only negative my window was from 12 to 4pm and Tony was delayed until almost 6pm, other than that the service was good.”

“Guys were really great! Fast, organized, and completed the job in under the two hours scheduled. Why not a 5 then? The website was difficult to navigate for booking clearly, I got double charged (had to clear up with cc because they denied even though it was clearly charged to my card), they charge at time of booking, not time service rendered, and then guys showed up 2 1/2 hours into my 4 hour window without communication (I had to call to find out when they would arrive as I was on a timeline to be finished). I honestly am happy with the job they did, but the service end was bumpy.”

“My first loader was Nicholas Stanley, and my experience with him was AWFUL! He did not return 3 voice mails that I left. He was due at 4:00 PM, and at 4:15 PM, I was finally able to reach him after calling customer service. He was still about 2 hours away and complained about his experience with his current customer. He ended up cancelling our order, and a new loader was assigned. Our 2nd loader was Breanna Mitchell, and she was amazing! Please understand that the rating above is for Breanna, and NOT for Nicholas. She was EXCELLENT!! I fully expect a discount for the awful customer service that I received.”

“I scheduled my initial pick up for 06/15. My credit card was charged but no one showed up. I had to reach out to them to reschedule. Once rescheduled, the driver was excellent. Jeremiah was thorough and professional. He communicated several times to let me know how close he was. I would definitely choose Jeremiah again.”

“Everything was great after the loaders arrived. No complaints about anything. The only negative was they arrived 1hr 44min late. I was notified at the time they were supposed to arrive that they would be late due to a flat tire in route.”

“The guys that picked up my junk couch were awesome, very polite and even when they had to move a heavy piece of furniture out of the way they asked me where I would like it, they didn’t have to do that. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of scheduling. I originally had it scheduled the day before but the called last minute to reschedule next day, I had to take time off again to be there in that 4 hour window.”

“All’s well that ends well. Communications day of delivery was not the best. Seemed to be some confusion with multiple drivers assigned to pickup. Did not receive ETA until late in the assigned delivery window resulting in sitting around for three hours forty five minutes waiting for the truck to arrive. Could have used that time to run a few errands. Once the truck arrived guys were great, very friendly, personable and professional. Thank you.”

“Our pick up was delayed with no follow up from the driver. We finally got service the following day . I rated the service a 4 because although the driver failed us, the company stayed in contact with us and completed the order promptly the first thing the following day.”
