The first confirmed appt with a Window time of 12:00-4:00 was quite disappointing as the driver ran behind but did not communicate with me. I first sent a text to check on time which got no response. Then an hour later a phone call at 2:45. The driver then told me he probably won’t make the time. It took me to call him and would not have known . Unprofessional as I had to pay ahead for the service. Wasted 4 hours of my time waiting which is disrespectful and only takes communication. New appt was made for the following day and the guys got the job done. Customer service set that up and gave them a second chance. Will have to really think about using them again.
