Everything was perfect but they came an hour later than the agreed upon window of 8 am-12 pm. They came at 1 pm which impacted other plans I had for the day including my work schedule. However, they were courteous and quick which was very helpful under the circumstances and I only booked the pick up the day before. I would definitely use Loadup services again.
