“The crew was very nice & professional. I love my new buffet. The thinking that I don't like is that the two sets of doors look very different. The ones on the right come together in the center perfectly & the ones on the left have an uneven gap down the middle. It is also weird that the drawers don't completely pull out and don't slide very well.”

“I received a text from LoadUp the day I was confirmed to have helpers sometime between 8am and 12. The text indicated that my job was outside the limits of LoadUp service. I had explained the job several times with pictures and had paid and received confirmation. So I was freaked out that they were not going to show. In the end they made it right and I did get a very nice team to help me with my job at 5 pm. Alls well that ends well!”

“They came within the time specified. The gentleman was very careful in dealing with the furniture. He was very courteous and helpful. But he did not bring a donkey luckily I had one otherwise?would have been difficult. We never received a text or a call regarding his arrival time . Had to wait at home till 5:30pm when he came. Also could not get an answer when we tried to call.”

“I had great service from load up there was good communication I had a little trouble with the AI but once I got a person it was fantastic service that's the only reason why I'm gonna give him four stars instead of 5. The person who came out was professional, was very careful not to damage any of my property and was also very pleasant. I'd recommend this company highly but I do say speak to a person it is much better. People still are the best when you're doing this transaction.”

“This was fast scheduled pick. The guys called, arrive and were polite. My only problem, didn't carry plastic cover for the mattress. Overall Good and thank you”

“Their GPS ZZwas really incorrect. My son and I stayed on the phone and guided them Then picked up my mattress, to be returned to QVC for a refund, in an open bed pickup truck. Don't know if it got dirty because of them .”

“Did a very good job once they got here. Initial time was 12-4pm but arrived after 7pm. They did keep us informed of the delayed arrive which we appreciated. They were friendly and professional on the job. I would recommend sending measurements of any furniture you are having them pick up so they can bring the right size trailer. We’ll use them again should the need arise.”

“Good communication, actually showed up! Unfortunately misunderstood directions and being up at the landlords house instead of where I directed. But luckily they had signal and we were able to communicate and they got the job done professionally and friendly, I sincerely appreciate it them. Thanks guys!”

“Gentlemen showed up in a timely manner and removed the very large and heavy sub zero refrigerator. They showed great care and concern for our floors. My only minor concern was I would have preferred a heavier duty dolly for such a large item. That said they didn’t shy away from the task as did the box store delivery guys.”
