“super easy to book and reasonably priced! the loaders, luis and angela, were about an hour later than the given window—apparently they had to drive back into the city from st charles, which feels like more of a logistics fail than anything they could have controlled. they got everything out and loaded into their van super fast. i was shocked at how expertly they demolished the couch that wouldn’t make it out of the apartment and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. thank you for your work!!”

“After some confusion about pick up times at first ,which was frustrating but once Winston and helper loaded the dryer up in a matter of minutes.. need a better communication at the front end.. but satisfied with the pick up..”

“The loaders who came to our home were fantastic! They were kind and appropriately communicated about the disassembly and haul off work. They were cautious and careful in our home. This team was outstanding. Regarding ongoing communication from Go Load Up after paying for the job and up to the time loaders appear at your door, improvement is needed. For security reasons, it is important to know the names of the persons who will show up at your home before they arrive. I had to ask. It would be even better if you received a photo of the team just prior to their arrival. I will use them again.”

“It was relatively easy to schedule; reasonable price and friendly staff. Only downside; came 30 minutes before scheduled window without the 30 minute ahead phone call. A few extra phone calls on my part and we made it work.”

“Though the pick up was delayed by one day, due to driver availability, when the driver did arrive, he was very courteous, efficient, and took everything out of my apartment, easily, and nicely I would definitely hire load up again.”

“Moving a treadmill is hard work. The base was over 200 pounds. Sam and his fiancé arrived on time but had a bit of trouble getting the base turned sideways and as a result left a minor scratch in our flooring. I don’t know that I could have done any better but had I known about what they had I would have prepared the floor better using some of our paint covers and such. Lesson learned for the future.”

“Nick was a very nice young man who, along with a partner, loaded the mattress right up and left with no issues. However he was scheduled for between 8-10 then I got a notice it was from 8-13, then I got a notice from 11-12. Then he called an hour out and said it would be 11:20. My whole morning was shot waiting on their arrival. We also had difficulty scheduling the pick up and assembly of mattress and the arrival of the mattress. We received the mattress 10 days ago and just now had pick up. That was frustrating. I do not blame Nick for this. We paid to have pick up and set up of the new mattress but we found two guys to set up the mattress for us. I think Big Fig and Load Up need to better coordinate their delivery system.”

“Nicer interface & more user friendly and straightforward than other services I’ve used. Had a great pick up experience. The driver communicated with me throughout the pick up window re: his pick up time & ETA. Very polite and careful. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the first driver I was assigned yesterday backed out at the last minute so today was a reschedule with someone else. Would definitely use this service again.”
