super easy to book and reasonably priced! the loaders, luis and angela, were about an hour later than the given window—apparently they had to drive back into the city from st charles, which feels like more of a logistics fail than anything they could have controlled. they got everything out and loaded into their van super fast. i was shocked at how expertly they demolished the couch that wouldn’t make it out of the apartment and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. thank you for your work!!
