A 12 hour window and they still never showed up. Had no problem with taking my money though. No call, no updates, no nothing. I had to text them after they never showed. Don't waste your time!!

The movers were great! However, I had disposed of several pieces myself, expecting to receive a discount on the itemized price. What I wasn’t told—until after the fact—was that any refund would simply be deducted from the original discount I had already been given. In the end, this meant I received almost no actual refund at all. What’s most frustrating is that this crucial detail was never communicated to me over the phone. This omission wasn’t just an oversight—it was a conveniently vague policy that worked entirely in the company’s favor. Had I known this upfront, I would have made very different decisions. It left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

We agreed for their team to help unload two shipping containers. They then went slow on the first container and used up all the hours I paid for. They did not keep their end of the deal. Be careful if you use them to move your house. They might move half of your belongings then tell you that you need to pay again if you want the other half moved as well. They estimated the job and told me they could handle it the changed their mind. Customer service has been no help, every 3 hours I get a text from a new person asking how their service was. After I explain what happened I get no response.

If your time is dependent on the scheduled pick up - find another service. I was scheduled in the 12 - 4 pick up slot and rec'd a call after 3p that they were having problems and the pick up would be later in the evening or I could reschedule. I didn't have the time to wait so I rescheduled for the nest day 12 - 4 time slot. After spending another day waiting I rec'd a msg they were running late and had one more stop before getting to my location and p/u would probably be closer to 5p. They did not get to the location until 7 pm.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Scheduled dirt to be removed from a pile in my driveway and this was confirmed over the phone. Workers showed up with a box truck with no tools or equipment. Workers asked me to supply them with shovels and wheel barrows which then they proceeded to load the dirt into cardboard boxes. After an hour they left and did not return. Upon return the next day they finished putting the majority of the dirt in boxes and then left a handful sitting in my driveway and marked the job as complete. Called customer support and they apologized and said they could not get ahold of team so nothing they could do. Why would someone pay a premium to have unprepared and lazy workers who do not even finish the job? Recommend hiring literally anyone else.

LoadUp was given my information by a moving company that did not service my area. I agreed to their loading services for my move based on the limited information that I received via text and phone from a person named "Tea". A few days later I attempted to cancel their services because of a major stumbling block in the sale of my home. They then informed me that there is a 20% cancellation fee to cancel their service ever, 50% if less than 24 hours before. I tried to cancel 28 DAYS before. I have a photo of the agreement that I was sent via text and several emails back and forth. Now I have to get my bank involved and my dealings with them have just gone from bad to worse. My advise is read the fine print and make sure you will use their service before signing up to avoid a bind like I have found myself in.

Had to cancel an hour after booking due to scheduling conflicts. Outside of their 15 minute cancellation policy, seriously? 15 minutes? Then they can just farm 20%, for nothing. Great.

Tried to cancel the order 2 hours after creating it but it was outside their 15 minute "policy" and they refused to cancel without a 20% fee. I recommend you find someone else to do pickup for you. Keep in mind that LOADUP does not do the pickup, they just pay a local group in your area to do it anyways.

Do not pay up front before you find out if they can actually accommodate your order or you will get charged the 20% cancellation fee anyway. I explained in the textbox provided what I wanted and they let me book the order, but I had to pay up front and didn't know my request was not possible. Nowhere on the site do they specify that the hourly moving service was for a single site only, and I needed one item moved from one location to a nearby other location. Turns out, this is two separate orders, for almost $300 each (at one hour of time each). When I found this out (from me calling them and not them contacting me), I tried to cancel without the fee, but they would not do it. If you are not sure, call their sales department first and ask before booking your order.

I sent them pictures of every room from multiple angles to ensure they had an accurate understanding of what they would be removing from the house. They gave me a quote and I paid for the service. The scheduled date arrived and they couldn't find a "loader" to do the job for what they were willing to pay them. Yes, you heard that correctly. They do not employ the people that actually do the work. They sub-contract with them. I paid LoadUp almost $2300, they offered the sub-contractors almost $1,100. When no one would take it they just cancelled my order and gave me a refund. I had someone waiting at the house for them from 8AM to 8PM and they never did the job. Don't waste your time with this company. Use someone that employs the people who do the work and stand behind their "Guaranteed Pricing"!

I'm so disappointed with this service. I schedule my sofa to be picked up a week in advance. I was given a window of 4pm to 8pm. The driver showed up after 9am. There are mulitple representatives that have contacted me from 7 different numbers within a 2 day span of time. It was clear dispatch had to contact the driver multiple times, the back and forth was ongoing and frustrating. It was extrememly difficult to hold my small kids and my cats in a room while waiting for so long and so late. I suggested half for the inconvience, was given $10. Go with a different service, there are many out there.

I was given a 4 hour window today for someone to be at my house, between 8 AM and Noon. When the 4 hour window passed and no one had shown up nor had anyone reached out to me, I made 2 calls to ask what was going on. I was surprised when the second representative with whom I spoke basically told me that the 4 hour window was not a given and then he asked me if I could wait a little longer. Apparently customer service is not a priority nor is there much respect for customer wait time.

I initially went with them because they had an upfront price that I thought was reasonable. When I ended up getting a counter offer from a different company that was half the amount than goloadup I decided to cancel. I was then told I would have to pay a 20% fee for cancelling, even though it was 5 days ahead of time. I would totally understand if it were within 24 hours, but 5 days ahead is completely unreasonable. BUYER BEWARE... you better be sure you're getting the best deal and if you try to back out, even with plenty of notice they will charge you 20% of your initial total!!

I had Upload pick up a Thomasville Burled Oak bedroom set and a computer desk to take to a Habitat donation center within a mile from my house. Instead, they went to Clayton and took it to a disposal center. They were not honest and totally deceptive to my request. I would not recommend them to anyone. The loaders did not know how to pack a truck since they didn't use pads to protect the furniture and just laid the drawers throughout the truck. Any slight bump or turn on the road would have damaged everything.
