This company really deserves 0 stars! I called to cancel 3 days in advance of scheduled pick up. The customer service rep explained to me there was a 10% cancellation fee. I missed the 10 minute window the day of booking in order to receive 100% refund. The next day I received a phone call from the supervisor explaining to me that there’s a 20% cancellation fee. There’s no communication between departments. The supervisor did not resolve the issue instead proceed to repeat the cancellation policy. When I asked to speak to someone else they were giving me the run around. It all started to feel like 100% scam. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a company! Save your money. Save your sanity and go with a more professional and established company.
