My pickup was outside, I did not need to see the folks or have them come into my house. The van they showed up is was a little sketchy... white, old, rusty, no logo. The guys were not in logoed clothes, I am not sure I would have let them into my house if needed. And I did not get a message that they were coming or here until after they had left. I got the arrival and departure email at the same time.

The driver or team person called and wanted to deviate from the scheduled day. My daughter told them to arrive on the scheduled day and time frame indicated on the order. Upon the scheduled day they did sucessfully pick up all items on the order.

nice folks, just very busy and missed a day. hard workers. when pick up delayed, a phone call would have helped to reschedule. Got the job done though.

Took my old couch. Should have let me know before making me wait the whole time that would need to deliver later
