Scheduled for 8-12 but we all know delays can happen. I called at 11:50 because no one contacted me and the tracker said no one was en route and I had to leave for work. I reached the driver, Dionte, and he said he would be here in 30 minutes so I waited.
50 minutes later, still no one here so I called him
Again twice and it went straight to VM. Left a VM to reschedule and 30 minutes later he showed up at my house. Unprofessional. Unorganized. No apologies. All we ask is for a heads up as to not inconvenience our entire days as customers.
